Então confira a oportunidade abaixo!O que buscamos:Buscamos um enfermeiro (a) para prestar serviços de enfermagem a pacientes e familiares no domicílio, atendendo a suas necessidades individuais com cordialidade, acolhimento, segurança e qualidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, em conjunto com a equipe, as atividades diárias e garantir o cumprimento das boas práticas assistenciais.Realizar triagem de chamadas telefônicas e direcionamento adequado para os profissionais.Agendar visitas com familiares e cuidadores dos pacientes.Administrar terapias medicamentosas conforme prescrição médica e monitorar durante infusões.Avaliar e tratar úlceras por pressão, orientando a equipe sobre os cuidados necessários.Realizar orientações sobre cuidados com ostomias à equipe, cuidadores e familiares.Executar procedimentos técnicos de enfermagem, conforme protocolos estabelecidos.Realizar triagem e avaliação domiciliar conforme solicitação médica.Realizar a admissão de pacientes elegíveis para programas de atenção domiciliar.Orientar pacientes e familiares sobre cuidados, horários de medicações, e práticas administrativas.Atuar em emergências e situações complexas, comunicando o médico assistente para diretrizes de conduta.Registrar todas as etapas da assistência no prontuário eletrônico.Controlar e organizar os recursos materiais de enfermagem, garantindo qualidade e evitando interrupções no atendimento.Realizar visitas domiciliaresAcompanhar e orientar técnicos de enfermagem, garantindo a realização de atividades com segurança.Realizar conferência de malas e supervisão de expurgo e esterilização de materiais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em Enfermagem.Pós-graduação.COREN ativo.Experiência prévia na área de enfermagem domiciliar será um diferencial.Disponibilidade para visitas domiciliares.Veiculo próprio e CNH válida.Informações adicionaisHorário praticado: 6x1 das 13h às 19h ou das 7h às 13h
