Aqui somos comprometidos com a excelência, inovação e crescimento o que nos impulsiona a mantermos a qualidade e uma melhor experiência para os nosso clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES:Realizar check list de funcionamento dos monitores multiparametros, cardioversor/desfibrilador, torpedo de oxigênio, lâmina e cabos de laringo e temperatura da geladeira; Realizar conferência, cobrança e reposição no sistema dos medicamentos e materiais usados do carro de emergência (PCR);Realizar a sistematização da assistência de enfermagem;Fazer coleta de exames como urocultura, gasometria arterial e venosa central;Realizar curativo complexo;Fazer instalação de capnógrafo e monitorização dos parâmetros do monitor;Fazer conferência de montagem de leito na admissão e checagem de check list de montagem de leito;Realizar admissão do paciente na unidade seguindo os critérios de segurança do paciente (montagem do ventilador mecânico e autoteste dos demais equipamentos);Realizar transporte dos pacientes críticos para realização de exames de imagem, procedimentos cirúrgicos e hemodinâmicos;Realizar instalação dos hemocomponentes, hemoderivados e nutrição parenteral; ação de capnógrafo e monitorização dos parâmetros do monitor;Realizar controle de balanço hídrico;Vigilância de infecção;Dimensionamento da equipe assistencial para as atividades diárias.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior em EnfermagemPós graduação em Terapia Intensiva Adulto.Conhecimento básico:Conhecimento em procedimentos em Terapia Intensiva;Conhecimento em procedimentos de Urgência e Emergência;Conhecimento do Código de Ética e Lei do Exercício Profissional;Conhecimento em RCP de acordo com os protocolos do ACLS;Conhecimento em PICC, GTT e cateter totalmente implantável;Conhecimento em ventilação mecânica;Conhecimento em monitorização hemodinâmica invasiva;Manejo dos pacientes em cuidados paliativos.Pacote Office-MS.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ;Vale Transporte.E ainda:Programa Falar me faz bem - saúde emocional;Prêmio Assiduidade.Horário da vaga :Escala de Folguista 12x36, com plantões diurnos (07h às 19h) e noturnos (19h às 07h) ao longo do mês.
