O Enfermeiro(a) é resposável por prestar assistência baseada nos indicadores de enfermagem e valores institucionais, assistir ao paciente e familiares; planejar, organizar, realizar e controlar suas atividades sob a supervisão direta do Coordenador de Enfermagem; coordenar uma equipe multidisciplinar durante sua jornada de trabalho; Identificar as necessidades (subjetivas e objetivas) de pacientes, familiares e equipe assistencial em conjunto com um psicólogo(a).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssistir aos pacientes e familiares de forma segura, humanizada e individualizada, tendo como base a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem e as políticas e protocolos de segurança estabelecidos pela instituição;Coordenar o plantão de modo a prover recursos humanos necessários para a demanda do serviço;Realizar e supervisionar as atividades técnico-administrativas da unidade;Garantir que os recursos materiais estejam disponíveis e apropriados para uso;Garantir a segurança das informações do paciente, conforme determinado na política do prontuário;Participar da elaboração do manual de normas, rotinas e procedimentos da unidade, assim como da elaboração de pacotes para procedimentos;Realizar testes de qualidade e emitir parecer técnico de materiais e equipamentos;Identificar-se para o paciente, reconhecendo-o pelo nome e acompanhando sua evolução diária;Checar pulseira de identificação do paciente antes de qualquer procedimento;Participar do cuidado ao paciente obedecendo aos critérios da sistematização da assistência transdisciplinar;Cumprir escala de distribuição dos pacientes, prestando cuidado integral aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade;Realizar consultas de enfermagem;Avaliar necessidades físicas, sociais, psicológicas, espirituais e culturais do paciente e família; Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em EnfermagemRegistro no Conselho de Classe Profissional Experiência com assistência direta aos pacientes em unidades de internação hospitalares.
