Espera-se postura proativa na identificação de riscos e oportunidades de melhoria, contribuindo para uma experiência segura, eficiente e positiva para o paciente.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência qualificada aos pacientes sob sua responsabilidade, conforme a área de atuação, garantindo a efetividade da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem, respeitando os princípios éticos descritos no código de ética de enfermagem vigente.Realizar técnicas no atendimento e assistência, executando procedimentos técnicos específicos e pertinentes a sua área de atuação, conforme código de ética de enfermagem vigente.Realizar o acompanhamento do processo assistencial, garantindo a qualidade e excelência do serviço prestado, com foco na satisfação do paciente.Manter a comunicação verbal e escrita eficaz com a equipe multiprofissional, com o objetivo de gerar cuidado integral ao paciente.Realizar a programação, o controle e manutenção do estoque de insumos/equipamentos.Analisar periodicamente o nível de prontidão dos equipamentos disponíveis, realizando controle de manutenção preventivo e calibração dos mesmos.Zelar pela correta alocação de uso e consumo dos insumos.Realizar suas atividades em conformidade com as boas práticas, normas e políticas/procedimentos de biossegurança e controle de infecção, bem como das normas, procedimentos da cooperativa e Regimento de Enfermagem.Elaborar, registrar e disseminar rotinas alinhadas à cultura da qualidade e segurança do paciente.Realizar atividades administrativas pertinentes a sua área de atuação.Executar a sistematização da assistência de enfermagem, com foco nos registros efetivos, observando os aspectos éticos relacionados.Orientar as práticas da equipe de técnicos de enfermagem.Auditar e criticar os processos, utilizando o referencial teórico, com foco na melhoria contínua.Elaborar escalas de férias, folgas e atividades da equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação para esta posição: Ensino superior em EnfermagemQualificações: Assistencial: técnica, segurança do paciente e tomada de decisão.Experiência do paciente: comunicação, acolhimento e orientação.Operacional: organização, controles, planejamento e capacidade de antecipar problemas.Desejável: experiência em vacinaçãoInformações adicionaisSomos um time engajado em fazer a diferença ao cuidar das pessoas!
