Aqui somos comprometidos com a excelência, inovação e crescimento o que nos impulsiona a mantermos a qualidade e uma melhor experiência para os nosso clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Executar a sistematização da assistência de enfermagem junto à equipe; realizar visitas em todos os leitos observando todas as intercorrências e fazendo exame físico em todos aos pacientes anotando no SAE; Receber o plantão do enfermeiro juntamente com os técnicos de enfermagem, informando intercorrências e procedimentos a serem realizados;Agendar exames e informar ao paciente sobre o horário e tempo de jejum;Conferir o carrinho de paradas e materiais, monitores;Admitir os pacientes, dar alta e orientações de enfermagem; gerenciamento de risco de das orientações, projeto terapêutico;Realizar dupla checagem de medicamentos de Alta vigilância e conferir junto ao técnico a administração do medicamento;Instalar dietas parentais, polivitamínicos (Cerne) e aminoácidos (Dipeptiven) por via endovenosa;Instalar hemocomponentes quando prescrito e manter hemovigilância;Realizar conferência da Reconciliação Medicamentosa junto ao farmacêutico;Realizar a escala diária de Enfermagem;Atualizar a folha de Movimento Diário de Pacientes;Atualizar as planilhas de passagem de plantão;Realizar o preenchimento da planilha de indicadores do setor;Montar leito conforme Check List de admissão do paciente que esteja de alta do CTI para o posto;Manter a ordem e organização no posto;Garantir o cumprimentos das Metas internacionais de segurança do paciente; Realizar outras atividades correlatas e/ou inerentes à sua função conforme descritas no respectivo Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário e/ou quando designadas pelo líder imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem.Experiência:Mínimo 06 meses.Desejável:Noções de atendimento em Unidade de Internação (Enfermarias);Usuário Office-MS.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ;Vale Transporte.E ainda:Programa Falar me faz bem - saúde emocional;Prêmio Assiduidade.
