A S3 Gestão em Saúde está em busca de novos talentos para atuar como ENFERMEIRO(A) CMEResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar, supervisionar e organizar as atividades do Centro de Material e Esterilização. Supervisionar a equipe de enfermagem do CME, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando a execução das atividades.

Garantir o cumprimento dos protocolos, normas e rotinas institucionais relacionadas ao processamento de produtos para saúde.

Supervisionar as etapas de recepção, limpeza, desinfecção, preparo, inspeção, embalagem, esterilização, armazenamento e distribuição dos materiais.

Garantir que os materiais sejam processados de acordo com as boas práticas e normas de segurança.

Acompanhar e controlar os processos de esterilização e desinfecção, incluindo os respectivos indicadores e registros.

Monitorar o funcionamento dos equipamentos utilizados no CME e comunicar intercorrências ou necessidades de manutenção.

Controlar a qualidade dos materiais processados, identificando possíveis falhas e tomando as medidas necessárias.

Realizar e/ou acompanhar testes e controles relacionados aos processos de esterilização, conforme protocolos institucionais.

Garantir a correta identificação, rastreabilidade, armazenamento e validade dos materiais esterilizados.

Controlar o estoque de materiais e insumos do CME, solicitando reposições quando necessário.

Orientar e capacitar a equipe quanto às técnicas, protocolos, normas de segurança e utilização adequada dos equipamentos.

Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar o cumprimento de POP's, protocolos e rotinas do setor.

Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e produtividade do CME e propor melhorias nos processos.

Identificar riscos e não conformidades, realizando as devidas intervenções e comunicando a gestão quando necessário.

Garantir o uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) pela equipe.

Zelar pela segurança dos colaboradores durante o manuseio de materiais contaminados e produtos químicos.

Manter os registros e documentos do setor devidamente preenchidos e organizados.

Realizar a comunicação com os demais setores, especialmente centro cirúrgico, unidades assistenciais e demais áreas que utilizam os materiais processados pelo CME.

Participar de auditorias, treinamentos, reuniões e ações de educação permanente relacionadas ao CME.

Acompanhar e orientar a equipe quanto ao cumprimento das normas de biossegurança e prevenção de infecções.

Atuar na identificação e correção de falhas nos processos, contribuindo para a segurança do paciente e a qualidade da assistência.

Executar outras atividades pertinentes à função, conforme necessidade do setor e orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Enfermagem.

Registro ativo e regular no COREN.

Experiência profissional em Centro de Material e Esterilização (CME).

Conhecimento sobre as etapas de processamento de produtos para saúde: limpeza, desinfecção, preparo, inspeção, embalagem, esterilização, armazenamento e distribuição.

Conhecimento em boas práticas, biossegurança e controle de qualidade em CME.

Conhecimento sobre normas, protocolos e legislação aplicáveis ao setor.

Experiência com gestão e supervisão de equipe de enfermagem.

Habilidade para organização de rotinas, distribuição de atividades e acompanhamento de processos.

Capacidade para identificar e solucionar não conformidades.

Conhecimento em indicadores e rastreabilidade dos processos de esterilização.

Boa comunicação, organização, responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes.

Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e atuar em situações que exijam agilidade e tomada de decisão.

Desejável conhecimento em elaboração e atualização de POPs e protocolos.

Desejável experiência em ambiente hospitalar.
