Então você está pronto para ser mais um Vital focado na promoção da saúde e bem-estar!#VemSerVital 💚Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na execução de projetos estratégicos de Gestão de Saúde junto a carteira de clientes, com o objetivo de controlar os custos do plano médico e promover uma cultura de promoção da saúde dentro das empresas;Realizar acompanhamento de senhas de internação, a fim de monitorar internações em andamento e propor estratégias de desospitalização.Participar dos comitês de saúde dos principais clientes da nossa carteira, para análise dos principais riscos da apólice médica e monitoramento das ações de saúde implantadas;Atuar na execução dos estudos de saúde, mapeando os principais desvios e respectivos impactos financeiros, com o objetivo de hierarquizar os principais riscos e definir um plano de ação com base nos desvios encontrados;Atuar nas dúvidas técnicas (análise de glosas médicas, coberturas do ROL, viabilização de transferências médicas junto a operadora) que recebemos dos nossos clientes;Discussão dos casos médicos com a área médica dos nossos clientes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPré requisitos obrigatórios:Formação em Enfermagem, com COREN ativo;Conhecimento intermediário de Pacote Office (Principalmente Excel e Power Point intermediário);Experiência em saúde suplementar, gestão de saúde populacional, auditoria em saúde, corretoras ou operadoras;Vivência com acompanhamento de internações, gestão de casos, monitoramento de pacientes de alto custo e processos de desospitalização;Habilidades necessárias: Visão analítica para interpretação de dados e cenários de saúde;Visão estratégica para atuação em gestão de riscos e custos assistenciais;Capacidade de desenvolver, acompanhar e analisar indicadores de saúde.Perfil comportamental ideal:Facilidade para trabalho em equipe, com atuação colaborativa;Capacidade de resolução de conflitos em ambientes multidisciplinares;Comunicação eficaz, com clareza, objetividade e postura profissional.Informações adicionaisModelo de contrato: PJ — Emissão de nota fiscal;Jornada de trabalho: Segunda à Sexta-feira;Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido — (3x na semana presencial e 2x home office);Carga horária: 8h diárias | 08h às 17h;Local: Zona Sul de São Paulo, próximo a estação Morumbi Claro;Valor pago pela prestação do serviço: Informado no primeiro contato com o RH;Pacote de experiências Vitais: DayOff de aniversário, TotalPass, Modelo Híbrido e 5 dias de descanso remunerado após 1 ano de contrato.
