A S3 Gestão em Saúde está em busca de novos talentos para atuar como ENFERMEIRO (A) NIR.

Responsabilidades e atribuições·         Gerenciar o mapa de leitos em tempo real, identificando vagas disponíveis e previstas para otimizar a rotatividade;·         Atuar junto à Central de Regulação externa para transferência de pacientes (vaga zero ou eletiva) e recebimento de casos novos;·         Identificar e remover gargalos que atrasam as altas hospitalares, articulando com a equipe multidisciplinar;·         Zelar para que todos os impressos e registros de admissão e alta sejam preenchidos corretamente, garantindo o faturamento e a rastreabilidade;·         Realizar rondas nas unidades de internação para validar a previsão de alta e a complexidade dos cuidados;·         Reportar ocorrências e incidentes relacionados ao fluxo de pacientes e ocupação indevida;·         Articular a transferência de pacientes para outras unidades e a captação de vagas externas, garantindo o cumprimento de pactuações municipais;·         Realizar o alinhamento diário com as chefias de enfermagem e médica para validar previsões de alta e priorizar internações críticas;·         Reportar o status de ocupação da unidade, sinalizando gargalos operacionais ou necessidade de suporte administrativo para a desospitalização;·         Realizar a conferência física e sistêmica de todos os pacientes internados,·         Monitorar o tempo entre a saída de um paciente e a ocupação do leito pelo próximo, otimizando a higiene e o giro de leito.·         Monitorar a disponibilidade de equipamentos (como ventiladores) necessários para pacientes eletivos de alta complexidade;·         Gerenciar a entrada de pacientes críticos via regulação estadual/municipal, garantindo que a unidade esteja preparada para o recebimento imediato.

Requisitos e qualificações Superior Completo em Enfermagem; Registro ativo no COREN; Preferencialmente pós-graduação em Gestão Hospitalar, Auditoria ou Urgência e Emergência;
