Seu propósito se conecta com o nosso? E para nos ajudar a construir essa missão estamos à procura de um(a) Enfermeiro (a) que tem paixão por ambiente movimentado, prima pela eficácia nos processos técnicos assistenciais e atua de forma humana e inspiradora!Se você compartilha dos mesmos valores, será uma satisfação vê você escrever a sua trajetória com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a triagem de pacientes para a regulação e atendimento dos fluxos nas salas de pronto atendimento, por meio da aplicação de protocolos específicos de classificação;Realizar a operacionalização das solicitações de transferências externas;Auxiliar a recepção do pronto atendimento na comunicação com os pacientes e familiares acerca do atendimento hospitalar;Assegurar a dinâmica do setor, acompanhando o cumprimento do fluxo desde o atendimento inicial até a alta;Prestar assistência de enfermagem, realizando procedimentos específicos da sua área e alçada de atuação, conforme Procedimentos Operacionais, legislação e o Código de Ética específicos da profissão, visando ao cuidado, à saúde e à segurança do paciente;Prestar cuidados a pacientes graves, conhecer os protocolos assistenciais e orientar a equipe quanto à execução;Supervisionar a equipe quanto à execução das atividades exercidas;Organizar o setor, certificando-se, junto à equipe, de que os protocolos estão sendo executados, e interagir com a equipe multiprofissional;Receber e passar plantão, comunicando as pendências e intercorrências ocorridas durante o trabalho, bem como qualquer outra informação que julgar importante, visando à continuidade da assistência de enfermagem;Realizar a “corrida de leitos”/inspeção de setor, efetuando anamneses e/ou avaliações necessárias, esclarecendo dúvidas e prestando orientações aos pacientes e/ou à equipe, visando garantir a assistência de qualidade de acordo com as normas da Unimed;Executar outras atividades correlatas, a critério do gestor imediato.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem com Pós graduação em urgência e emergência concluída ou em andamento;Registro Ativo no COREN- PI; Experiência com Gestão de Pessoas e Gestão de Conflitos;Disponibilidade para trabalhar na escala de 12x36 SDInformações adicionaisO que temos para você:Ticket Alimentação;Plano de saúde (após o período de experiência);Plano Odontológico (após o período de experiência);Convênio com Sesc;Totalpass;Day off no aniversário
