Ser responsável pela assistência de enfermagem aos pacientes, garantindo um cuidado humanizado, seguro e de qualidade, de acordo com os protocolos institucionais e as boas práticas de enfermagem. Atuar na avaliação e acompanhamento dos pacientes, administração de medicamentos e tratamentos, realização de procedimentos, orientação aos pacientes e familiares, além da coordenação e supervisão da equipe de enfermagem e da integração do cuidado com os demais profissionais de saúde.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e orientar a equipe de profissionais de enfermagem quanto as rotinas e procedimentos da instituição; Atuar junto às equipes multidisciplinares na área da saúde;  Prestar assistência/serviços de enfermagem junto aos pacientes; Atender familiares em suas dúvidas e angústias tanto para clientes internados como clientes externos, prestando as orientações que se fazem necessárias; Encaminhar demandas da equipe interna junto ao administrativo da instituição; Representar a recepção de pacientes no período noturno e seguir procedimentos administrativos;  Atender todas as intercorrências clínicas e psíquicas dos clientes internados; Planejar ações de enfermagem; Implementar ações que promovam a saúde dos pacientes; Promover a saúde bem como, orientar junto aos familiares, o quadro em que se encontram os pacientes; Auditar serviços de enfermagem. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo;Formação em Enfermagem com COREN ativo;Ter experiência em saúde mental será o diferencial.Informações adicionaisVale-transporte;Alimentação no local;Insalubridade;Plano de saúde e Plano Odontológico (após os 90 dias de experiência);Gym Pass;
