Aqui somos comprometidos com a excelência, inovação e crescimento o que nos impulsiona a mantermos a qualidade e uma melhor experiência para os nosso clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Planejar a assistência realizando exame físico e sistematização da assistência de cada paciente;Realizar diariamente a checagem de equipamentos e materiais da unidade, solicitando reposição e/ou concerto caso danificado;Realizar aprazamento da prescrição médica, agendar exames de imagem prescritos, realizar coleta de exames laboratoriais prescritos;Monitorar tempo de permanência de materiais invasivos;Controlar os materiais do arsenal;Realizar conferência de montagem de leito na admissão e checagem de check list de montagem de leito; Realizar curativo;Fazer instalação de capnógrafo e monitorização dos parâmetros no monitor;Realizar outras atividades correlatas e/ou inerentes à sua função conforme descritas no respectivo Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário e/ou quando designadas pelo líder imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior Completo;Pós-graduação em UTI Neonatal e Pediátrica.Desejável:Experiência profissional igual ou superior a 1 ano;Experiência na área de Obstetrícia.Conhecimento básico:Conhecimento em RCP de acordo com os protocolos do PALS e Reanimação Neonatal (menor e maior que 34 semanas);Curso de PICC;Conhecimento em ventilação mecânica (VENUTI);Conhecimento em manuseio e cuidados mínimos neonatais;Conhecimento em assistência obstétrica;Pacote Office – MS.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição ;Vale Transporte.E ainda:Programa Falar me faz bem - saúde emocional;Prêmio Assiduidade.Horário da vaga :Escala de Folguista 12x36, com plantões diurnos (07h às 19h) e noturnos (19h às 07h) ao longo do mês.
