Atuar na área de gestão de saúde, planejar e promover ações de prevenção de riscos para gestantes, portadores de doenças crônicas, high users e hiperconsultadores. Atuação em auditoria de contas e exercer função de gestão de saúde junto aos médicos de atenção primária na empresa cliente. Apoiar campanhas de saúde, palestras. Ponto focal de saúde para os colaboradores da empresa cliente. Deve ter excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita e ser capaz de organizada em relação a demanda de trabalho. Responsabilidades e atribuições Osteomusculares: monitoramento dos beneficiários portadores de patologias osteomusculares conforme critérios técnicos, para oferecer orientações quanto ao tratamento mais adequado, ação em conjunto com o médico ocupacional;High Users: análise e auditoria para a utilização os maiores usuários do plano de saúde por operadora. Foco entender o motivo das clínico das despesas médica, status da patologia, tratamentos realizados, definir a tendência de gastos e promover orientações de saúde: estimulando o autocuidado e a adesão ao tratamento médico, a fim de estabilizar os fatores de risco e evitar agravos;Crônicos e Gestantes: captação in loco dos elegíveis via saúde ocupacional e/ou relatório PBM e envio para monitoramento pela Operadora de Saúde;Apoio nas ações de promoção de saúde promovidos pela empresa: campanhas de vacinação, SIPAT, semana de saúde, etc.Concierge: Agendamento de consultas e exames para os colaboradores, assim, estabelecer canal receptivo para dúvidas de saúde e/ou duvidas da rede de atendimento;Atividades Administrativas: E-mails, relatórios e controles em sistema e ou planilha;Participação de Reuniões técnicas: Apresentação de resultados, discussão de casos com equipe multiprofissional;Visitas para os beneficiários internados, a nível de acolhimento e auditoria.Requisitos e qualificações·        Enfermeira com Coren Ativo ·        Formada há mais de 4 anos·        Experiência na área corporativa (ambulatório e/ou monitoramento remoto)·        Experiência com monitoramento de crônicos e/ou gestantes·        Experiência com monitoramento telefônico (não é obrigatório, mas pode ser um diferencial)·        Conhecimentos básicos em Excel·        Especificar local de residência e/ou tempo para chegar até o escritórioInformações adicionaisAssistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Vale-Refeição ou Vale-Alimentação;Vale-Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Participação nos Lucros e Resultados.Além desses benefícios, oferecemos;Ótimo clima de trabalho, ambiente leve, acolhedor e dinâmico;Day-off no dia do seu aniversário;Cartão farmáciaParceria com SescDesconto em nossos produtos (seguros)Desconto em ingressos de cinema;Home Office híbrido aos elegíveis.
