A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar diariamente as novas internações na rede credenciada, garantindo o monitoramento assistencial e administrativo dos beneficiários;Realizar acompanhamento contínuo da evolução e atualização do quadro clínico dos pacientes junto às equipes médicas e multiprofissionais;Verificar, acompanhar e cobrar junto aos prestadores credenciados o envio e a execução das solicitações de exames, procedimentos e demais demandas assistenciais necessárias ao tratamento do beneficiário;Analisar e identificar a existência de Cobertura Parcial Temporária (CPT), Notificação de Intermediação Preliminar (NIP), liminar judicial ou outras condições regulatórias que possam impactar a assistência prestada;Acompanhar e direcionar o agendamento de exames externos, recebimento de laudos, consultas especializadas e encaminhamentos para clínicas de hemodiálise ambulatorial, assegurando a continuidade do cuidado;Realizar a regulação e acompanhamento das solicitações de exames, procedimentos e hemodiálise ambulatorial para pacientes internados, garantindo o suporte necessário para a programação de alta hospitalar;Executar análises e tratativas de prorrogações diárias de internação, avaliando critérios técnicos, assistenciais e contratuais;Encaminhar, monitorar e acompanhar solicitações de desospitalização, assistência domiciliar e antibiótico domiciliar, promovendo a continuidade do tratamento de forma segura e eficiente;Monitorar o retorno das solicitações de OPME e suprimentos relacionados às cirurgias de urgência, acompanhando todo o fluxo até a formalização e emissão da carta de liberação do procedimento ao credenciado;Realizar a captação e o direcionamento dos beneficiários em processo de alta hospitalar para os programas de Medicina Preventiva, contribuindo para o acompanhamento pós-alta e redução de reinternações;Efetuar a regulação das solicitações de exames, procedimentos e prorrogações relacionadas aos beneficiários em fase pós-alta, assegurando a continuidade do tratamento assistencial;Elaborar, desenvolver, analisar e distribuir relatórios gerenciais, controles operacionais e indicadores de desempenho, promovendo suporte à tomada de decisão e acompanhamento dos resultados da área;Orientar, intermediar e acompanhar o processo de transferência de beneficiários entre unidades hospitalares, em conjunto com equipes administrativas e assistenciais, garantindo agilidade, segurança e conformidade nos processos;Atuar como elo entre beneficiários, prestadores, equipes assistenciais e áreas internas da operadora, assegurando comunicação eficaz, resolutividade das demandas e qualidade na experiência do cliente;Garantir o cumprimento dos fluxos operacionais, normas regulatórias e protocolos institucionais, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos assistenciais e administrativos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior completo em Enfermagem;Coren ativo como Enfermeiro;Experiência em áreas administrativas;Desejável Pós Graduação na área; Informações adicionaisCarga horária:220h00 | 08h as 17h48 | 5x2 (Segunda a Sexta)Unidade:NotreDame Intermedica - RH Vida | Rua das Marrecas, 20 - Cinelândia - RJ | 20031-120O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Refeição no local;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Clube de Vantagens (Programa de descontos);
