A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem oncológica, através do acompanhamento, controle e orientações à equipe de enfermagem no atendimento aos beneficiários, conforme os padrões de qualidade determinados pela instituição e nos aspectos relacionados ao cumprimento de normas e procedimentos internos;Planejar, controlar e orientar a equipe de enfermagem em relação às orientações aos pacientes oncológicos;Elaborar e distribuir atividades diárias com os demais enfermeiros assistências, a fim de aperfeiçoar os atendimentos prestados;Realizar a análise das prescrições médicas, verificar se as doses prescritas estão de acordo com os protocolos institucionais e em caso de dúvidas, acionar o Médico responsável;Verificar e corrigir os agendamentos em sistema CASE conforme o protocolo do paciente;Fazer análise dos exames de hemograma para liberação de quimioterapia dos pacientes, dentro dos protocolos instituídos pelos coordenadores médicos, cumprindo dessa forma os parâmetros de liberação;Realizar checagem das prescrições com o preenchimento pelo Médico dentro das normas da Agência Nacional de Saúde Suplementar (ANS), inclusive conferir superfície corpórea;Efetuar controle de infusão e medicamentos dos pacientes de Pulsoterapia/ Imunobiológicos; Realizar receitas de medicamentos sintomáticos pós-quimioterapia e validação formal de tais receitas, através do carimbo de identificação do Médico;Providenciar a solicitação de kit sintomático (medicamentos para enjôo e protetor gástrico) à farmácia; Para o exercício do cargo de Enfermeiro é imprescindível que o ocupante do cargo tenha registro vigente no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN), além de estar com as obrigações financeiras plenamente quitadas no referido conselho;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Experiência em OncologiaCoren de Enfermeiro AtivoGraduação concluídaDesejável:Especialização/PósInformações adicionaisCarga horária: 220hUnidade: Dimep AngélicaO que oferecemos? - Refeição no Local ou VR- Assistência médica e odontológica sem valor descontado; - Para PCD's, não cobramos nem a cooparticipação dos exames e procedimentos realizados via convenio; - Vale Alimentação;- Vale Transporte;- Convênio com Farmácia;- Auxílio Farmácia- Seguro de Vida;- Totalpass;- Universidade Corporativa;- Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);- Zenit (Aplicativo de Bem-estar) - English Pass (Curso de inglês) - Empréstimo Consignado (mediante análise de crédito) - Parcerias com faculdades- Programa de Vantagens Hapvida - Plano de Carreira: com oportunidades de crescimento interno a partir de 6 meses
