Sua missão será realizar a análise técnica e administrativa de solicitações de materiais e medicamentos não padronizados, garantindo o equilíbrio perfeito entre o melhor cuidado ao paciente e a otimização de custos da rede.Se você tem formação em Enfermagem, visão sistêmica, gosta de processos investigativos e quer atuar no coração do Supply Chain Hospitalar, seu lugar é aqui! Vem transformar a saúde com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise técnica e administrativa das solicitações de materiais e medicamentos não padronizados através da ferramenta ServiceNow.Avaliar a conformidade documental das solicitações, garantindo a presença e validade dos anexos obrigatórios para a continuidade do processo.Confrontar as informações da solicitação assistencial com as requisições geradas no sistema SAP, assegurando a aderência entre a necessidade clínica e a demanda de abastecimento.Avaliar oportunidades de remanejamento de materiais e medicamentos entre unidades da rede antes da liberação para compras, visando a otimização de recursos e a redução de custos (saving).Atuar como elo estratégico entre as áreas de assistência, suprimentos, farmácia hospitalar, planejamento e abastecimento, promovendo agilidade nos processos.Garantir que as aquisições ocorram de forma criteriosa, evitando a formação de estoques não padronizados e compras desnecessárias.Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores operacionais (KPIs), relatórios gerenciais e análises de desempenho da célula.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e apoiar na construção de controles, fluxos operacionais e padronização de processos da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação completa em Enfermagem.Experiência prévia em ambiente hospitalar, operadora de saúde ou rede integrada de saúde.Vivência consolidada em processos de materiais e medicamentos ou auditoria de contas / autorização.Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado em Excel (para atuação com relatórios e planilhas).Perfil comportamental com forte capacidade analítica, atenção aos detalhes, organização e excelente relacionamento interpessoal.Desejável:Pós-graduação em Gestão Hospitalar, Administração Hospitalar, Supply Chain, Auditoria em Saúde ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em gestão de itens não padronizados, OPME ou processos relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos em saúde.Vivência com o sistema ERP SAP e plataforma de chamados ServiceNow.Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de processos e análise de custos.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 às 18:12.Unidade:Rua Dona Leopoldina, 1150 - Centro, Fortaleza/CE - CEP 60110-000.O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
