Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional de Enfermagem dinâmico(a), analítico(a) e com visão estratégica para integrar o nosso time na Central de Autorizações. Nesta posição, você será responsável por atuar diretamente na análise técnica de procedimentos médicos e OPME, garantindo a precisão dos processos, a conformidade das solicitações e a eficiência na liberação de cuidados aos pacientes.Se você possui olhar crítico, domínio de tabelas de saúde, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e busca atuar em um ambiente colaborativo e focado na qualidade assistencial e operacional, esta oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a análise pré e pós de OPME (Orteses, Próteses e Materiais Especiais), validando a pertinência técnica e os custos dos materiais solicitados.Prestar apoio técnico às autorizações médicas, avaliando laudos e procedimentos para garantir a agilidade e a conformidade nas liberações.Atuar diretamente na rotina da Central de Autorizações, fazendo a ponte entre equipes assistenciais, auditoria e operadoras.Aplicar conhecimentos atualizados das tabelas TUSS, Brasíndice e Simpro na validação de contas, itens cirúrgicos e insumos.Analisar e auditar pacotes cirúrgicos, identificando inconsistências e garantindo a correta aplicação de regras contratuais.Colaborar com o time para otimizar os fluxos de autorização, mantendo uma comunicação clara e um bom relacionamento interpessoal com médicos e auditores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação em Enfermagem concluída com COREN ativo.Pós-graduação em Auditoria em Saúde ou Auditoria de Enfermagem.Experiência em Auditoria Médica, atuação prévia em Centro Cirúrgico ou vivência no setor de OPME.Domínio da Tabela TUSS, Simpro e pacotes cirúrgicos.Conhecimento prático na análise técnica de OPME.Perfil organizado, centrado e com facilidade para trabalho em equipe.Desejável:Conhecimento em regras de regulação em saúde e tabelas de faturamento hospitalar.Experiência prévia em sistemas integrados de gestão hospitalar ou operadoras de saúde.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: 5X2, das 08:00 às 18:00Unidade: R.
