O Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2001 no município de São Paulo, se estendendo para outros municípios e estados. Desde o início de suas atividades, o PAIS busca, em parceria com a gestão pública, o crescimento e a consolidação dos serviços de saúde ofertados aos usuários do SUS.O Programa tem como objetivo garantir mudanças nos indicadores e na qualidade de vida da população, pautado, entre outros, pelos princípios da integralidade e da equidade, com uma visão estratégica da gestão dos serviços de saúde, definida em um processo de aprimoramento contínuo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análise de contas, verificando diagnóstico, período de internação, tratamentos, exames solicitados, autorizações para os procedimentos, materiais e medicamentos específicos;Conferir se as contas, materiais, medicamentos e taxas lançados estão de acordo com o utilizado;Realizar auditoria de contas cirúrgicas e SADT através de verificação dos materiais, medicamentos, taxas e diárias a fim de identificar falhas bem como sugerir melhorias para as necessidades identificadas evitando perdas financeiras;Verificar se os valores praticados para cobrança de materiais, medicação, taxas e diárias estão de acordo com os contratos firmados entre prestador e fontes pagadoras;Acompanhar fiscalizações de fontes pagadoras pertinentes aos prontuários; Elaborar relatórios de atendimento do paciente na Instituição mediante pesquisa em prontuários e exames; Atuar em parceria com o médico laudista na verificação dos registros nos prontuários;Analisar os prontuários e identificar possíveis falhas de registro na assistência de enfermagem; Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais-LGPD;Realizar as atividades das áreas/setores, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;Pós-graduação na área de atuação;Registro ativo no conselho de classe;Desejável experiência mínima na função de Enfermeiro Auditor.
