Prestar assistência de enfermagem a pacientes das diversas unidades da instituição, tanto clínicos como cirúrgicos. Coordenar o atendimento a urgências e emergências, foco na segurança e qualidade da assistência e tratamento individualizado. Contribuir para rápida recuperação do paciente. Orientar e avaliar o desempenho dos técnicos e e auxiliares de enfermagem em relação a segurança nos cuidados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar diariamente as atividades de sua equipe em relação as medidas de Segurança do Paciente, como: identificação correta do paciente, as barreiras para os riscos identificados do paciente. Cumprir e fazer cumprir os registros da equipe de enfermagem em seu turno garantindo a continuidade da assistência;Supervisionar diariamente o “Check list de Segurança para Cirurgia”. Coordenar o atendimento a urgências e emergências, com rapidez, precisão e agilidade, providenciar carrinho de emergência com as medicações, equipamentos e profissionais qualificados, para atendimento a pacientes com risco de vida;Orientar diariamente os técnicos e auxiliares de enfermagem em relação a pacientes complexos, patologia e quadro clínico. Sistematizar a assistência de enfermagem com foco na orientação, segurança e qualidade da assistência. 'Identificar erros/falhas nos processos, notificar as ocorrência e encaminhar para Supervisão;Realizar demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem;Pós graduação completa na área de atuação (Obstetrícia);COREN ativo;Conhecimento em informática nível usuário e pacote Office.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: De segunda a sexta-feira das 08h às 17h
