A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar na prevenção, vigilância e controle das Infecções Relacionadas à Assistência à Saúde (IRAS), promovendo a segurança do paciente e a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Realizar monitoramento epidemiológico, análise de indicadores assistenciais e investigação de casos suspeitos ou confirmados de infecção hospitalar.Elaborar, implementar e acompanhar protocolos, normas e rotinas relacionadas à prevenção e controle de infecções.Desenvolver ações educativas e treinamentos contínuos para equipes multiprofissionais, fortalecendo as práticas assistenciais seguras.Acompanhar auditorias internas, visitas técnicas e inspeções nos setores assistenciais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e propondo planos de ação.Monitorar a adesão às práticas de higiene das mãos, precauções e demais medidas de prevenção e controle de infecções.Participar da avaliação e do gerenciamento do uso racional de antimicrobianos em conjunto com as áreas assistenciais e médicas.Elaborar relatórios técnicos e apresentar indicadores para suporte à tomada de decisão das lideranças.

Apoiar processos de acreditação, certificações de qualidade e cumprimento das legislações vigentes relacionadas ao controle de infecção. Atuar de forma integrada com equipes assistenciais, segurança do paciente, qualidade e gestão hospitalar, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem.Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).Pós-graduação completa ou em andamento em Controle de Infecção Hospitalar, Epidemiologia, Qualidade em Saúde ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em Comissão de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar (CCIH) e/ou Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente.Conhecimento das legislações, normas sanitárias e protocolos relacionados à prevenção e controle de infecções.Vivência com vigilância epidemiológica, investigação de surtos e análise de indicadores assistenciais.Conhecimento em auditorias, gestão da qualidade e acreditações hospitalares.Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.Habilidade para ministrar treinamentos e conduzir ações educativas junto às equipes assistenciais.Perfil analítico, proativo, organizado e com boa comunicação interpessoal.
