Estamos em busca de um(a) Enfermeiro(a) para atuar na Central de Regulação Médica, realizando atendimento aos beneficiários por telefone, acompanhando fluxos assistenciais e garantindo o correto registro das informações nos sistemas corporativos. Procuramos um profissional com boa comunicação, facilidade para trabalho em equipe e perfil voltado para atendimento e relacionamento.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar contato ativo e receptivo com beneficiários por meio de ligações telefônicas e teleatendimento.Atuar nos fluxos de verticalização, pré-existência, EMQ, teleperícia e auditoria médica.Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar informações em sistemas corporativos, planilhas e e-mails.Seguir normas, processos e fluxos internos da área.Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e orientações operacionais estabelecidos.Contribuir para a qualidade do atendimento e alcance dos resultados do setor.Apoiar as demandas da Central de Regulação Médica, assegurando a correta condução dos processos assistenciais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Enfermagem. Registro ativo e regular no COREN. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Facilidade para atendimento telefônico e relacionamento interpessoal. Conhecimento básico em informática e sistemas corporativos.

Obrigatório:Graduação completa em Enfermagem. COREN ativo e regular. Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Ribeirão Preto/SP. Disponibilidade para atuar de segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.

Desejável:Experiência em atendimento ao cliente, teleatendimento ou áreas assistenciais. Conhecimento em regulação médica, auditoria, teleperícia ou operadoras de saúde. Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe. Flexibilidade e adaptação a novos processos e orientações. Boa desenvoltura na comunicação por telefone.
