A OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce é uma das maiores instituições filantrópicas do país, com cerca de 5,6 milhões de procedimentos ambulatoriais por ano, na Bahia, a usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), idosos, pessoas com deficiência e com deformidades craniofaciais, pessoas em situação de rua, usuários de substâncias psicoativas e crianças e adolescentes em situação de risco social. A entidade conta com um perfil de serviços único no Brasil, distribuídos em 21 núcleos que prestam assistência à população de baixa renda nas áreas de Saúde, Assistência Social, Pesquisa Científica, Ensino em Saúde, Educação e na preservação e difusão da história de sua fundadora, Santa Dulce dos Pobres.Responsabilidades e atribuições•        Colaborar com médicos e outros profissionais para planejar o atendimento•        Avaliar a condição do paciente com frequência•        Oferecer apoio e reconforto de acordo com as necessidades individuais dos pacientes•        Trabalhar com cuidadores para planejar e executar um excelente atendimento apoiar o paciente•        administrar a medicação;•        Aliviar sintomas repentinos da fase final da doença•        Notificar um médico sobre a condição de um paciente quando julgar necessário•        Prestar assistência aos pacientes e seus familiares com a documentação•        Manter registros precisos•        Ajudar os parentes a enfrentar a perda próxima e oferecer suporte após a morteRequisitos e qualificaçõesPrincipais responsabilidadesPrestar assistência de enfermagem a pacientes em Cuidados Paliativos, considerando suas necessidades físicas, emocionais, sociais e espirituais;Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe multiprofissional no planejamento e acompanhamento do cuidado;Realizar avaliação das necessidades do paciente e acompanhamento da evolução clínica;Orientar pacientes e familiares quanto aos cuidados e condutas assistenciais;Contribuir para a promoção do conforto, controle de sintomas e qualidade de vida;Participar de discussões e alinhamentos com a equipe assistencial, contribuindo para a construção do plano de cuidados;Registrar adequadamente as informações relacionadas à assistência prestada;Atuar de acordo com protocolos institucionais, boas práticas de enfermagem e princípios dos Cuidados Paliativos.RequisitosGraduação completa em Enfermagem;Registro ativo no COREN;Experiência profissional prévia em Cuidados Paliativos - requisito obrigatório.DiferencialPós-graduação ou especialização em Cuidados Paliativos, concluída ou em andamento.Perfil desejadoBuscamos um(a) profissional com experiência na área, capacidade de atuação multiprofissional, comunicação acolhedora e postura humanizada, ética e centrada nas necessidades do paciente e de sua família.Se você possui experiência em Cuidados Paliativos e deseja atuar em uma equipe comprometida com a qualidade e a humanização da assistência, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.
