Buscamos um(a) profissional que valorize a relação com a família e o paciente, tenha sensibilidade clínica, visão sistêmica e compromisso com a continuidade do cuidado domiciliar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar visitas domiciliares conforme plano de cuidados estabelecido e solicitações das operadoras.Executar procedimentos de enfermagem de baixa, média e alta complexidade no domicílio.Efetuar avaliação clínica, evolução e controle de eventos adversos e intercorrências.Acompanhar o estoque de materiais e medicamentos, garantindo registros no Sistema IW.Orientar e capacitar familiares, cuidadores e técnicos de enfermagem quanto ao cuidado diário.Participar de reuniões clínicas multidisciplinares e construir estratégias terapêuticas integradas.Conduzir relatórios, solicitações de prorrogação, aditivos e demais tratativas com convênios.Contribuir com a manutenção e melhoria contínua dos processos internos e da qualidade assistencial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Graduação completa em Enfermagem (imprescindível).Registro ativo e regular no COREN.Desejável pós-graduação em Geriatria, Gerontologia, Saúde Coletiva ou Saúde da Família.Experiência:Experiência prévia em enfermagem assistencial (imprescindível).Desejável atuação com pacientes em estado crítico ou em atendimento domiciliar.Conhecimentos e Habilidades:Capacidade de comunicação assertiva e relacionamento humanizado.Organização, planejamento, responsabilidade e foco em resultados.Desejável conhecimento do Sistema IW (Incoway).CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para visitas domiciliares.Informações adicionaisExpediente das 08h às 18h, de Segunda a Sexta-feira.Café da manhã e da tarde disponibilizados na empresa.Ticket CombustívelConvênio médico Unimed (Coparticipativo)Convênio Odontológico OdontoPrev (Coparticipativo)Zenklub (Com 4 sessões mensais gratuitas de terapia para o colaborador)Convênio SESC.Wellhub (Gympass).OnHappy  (Benefício para compra de viagens com desconto)Day Off no mês do aniversário (Válido após o período de experiência)Licença de casamento estendida.Descontos de até 40% em faculdades conveniadas.
