Liderar equipe de enfermagem, orientando-os no desenvolvimento das atividades técnicas e proporcionandoassistência com qualidade e segurança aos pacientes, livre de imperícia, imprudência e negligência,cumprindo e fazendo cumprir todos os protocolos e políticas de boas práticas e segurança do pacientesimplantados na Unidade, bem como implantar os que vierem como diretriz operacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEmitir, supervisionar e realizar os registros nos formulários e sistemas específicos da UTI Adulto, garantindo a rastreabilidade e a segurança das informações assistenciais;Participar de equipes e/ou comissões de enfermagem da Instituição, sempre que solicitado, tais como comissão de ética, segurança do paciente, comunicação, controle de infecção hospitalar, entre outras;Contribuir para a elaboração, revisão e implementação de normas, rotinas, protocolos e procedimentos técnicos pertinentes à UTI Adulto, bem como administrar e supervisionar a equipe de enfermagem sob sua responsabilidade, em conformidade com as diretrizes institucionais;Promover o acolhimento humanizado dos pacientes críticos e de seus familiares, prestando orientações claras e seguras, inclusive nos processos de alta, transferência ou cuidados paliativos, quando aplicável;Planejar, organizar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem integral ao paciente adulto crítico, assegurando a continuidade do cuidado durante todo o plantão;Realizar procedimentos privativos do enfermeiro e ações de sua competência técnica e legal, bem como avaliar continuamente a qualidade da assistência prestada, por meio de visitas diárias à beira-leito, verificando a execução correta das prescrições de enfermagem e médicas;Analisar, controlar e realizar a previsão de recursos humanos, equipamentos, materiais e insumos necessários para o adequado funcionamento da UTI Adulto;Registrar e supervisionar os registros de procedimentos, intercorrências e condutas no prontuário do paciente, garantindo conformidade legal, ética e institucional;Supervisionar e avaliar os registros e a assistência prestada pela equipe de enfermagem, bem como acompanhar, orientar e corrigir a execução de procedimentos técnicos antes, durante e após sua realização;Acompanhar, sempre que possível, as visitas médicas multiprofissionais, fornecendo informações relevantes sobre a evolução clínica e assistencial do paciente;Comunicar ao Coordenador de Enfermagem quaisquer inconsistências, intercorrências ou situações controversas identificadas em prescrições médicas, exames complementares, visitas médicas ou demais aspectos relacionados à assistência na UTI Adulto;Realizar e participar de reuniões de equipe, promovendo alinhamento, comunicação de novas diretrizes, indicadores assistenciais, metas de segurança do paciente e melhoria contínua do cuidado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórioSuperior completo em Enfermagem;Coren ativo como Enfermeiro;Experiência em UTI ADULTO;Pós-Graduação em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva será diferencial;Informações adicionaisCarga Horária180:00 | 07h00 19h00 ou 19h00 07h00 | 12x36UnidadeHospital Paulo Sacramento | Rua Quinze de Novembro, 865 - Jundiaí, SP | 13201-905O que oferecemos?Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Vale Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Plano TotalPass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens (Programa de descontos);
