A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e passar o plantão, conhecendo e informando todas as ocorrências, a fim de garantir a continuidade do cuidado prescrito aos pacientes;Passar visita em todos os pacientes e acompanhar a execução da assistência de enfermagem, especialmente aos pacientes críticos e de maior complexidade assistencial;Garantir a realização de todas as etapas da SAE (Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem), bem como a execução das ferramentas de qualidade assistencial;Garantir ações de acolhimento e clima organizacional, tanto aos pacientes e familiares quanto à equipe multiprofissional;Planejar, organizar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem em horário integral;Realizar avaliação clínica contínua dos pacientes internados na UTI, identificando precocemente alterações hemodinâmicas e intercorrências;Supervisionar e prestar assistência direta aos pacientes em uso de ventilação mecânica invasiva e não invasiva;Monitorar e interpretar parâmetros clínicos e hemodinâmicos, atuando prontamente frente às alterações identificadas;Administrar e supervisionar a administração de medicamentos de alta vigilância, drogas vasoativas, sedativos e analgésicos conforme prescrição médica;Realizar e supervisionar curativos complexos, manejo de lesões por pressão e cuidados com dispositivos invasivos;Garantir a prevenção e controle de infecções relacionadas à assistência à saúde, seguindo protocolos institucionais;Acompanhar e auxiliar procedimentos invasivos, como intubação orotraqueal, passagem de cateteres centrais, traqueostomia e outros procedimentos realizados na unidade;Assegurar o correto funcionamento e utilização dos equipamentos médico-hospitalares da UTI, comunicando intercorrências e necessidades de manutenção;Realizar a gestão e o dimensionamento da equipe de enfermagem durante o plantão, distribuindo atividades conforme a complexidade assistencial;Promover treinamentos, orientações e desenvolvimento técnico da equipe de enfermagem;Participar de visitas multiprofissionais, contribuindo para a definição e atualização do plano terapêutico dos pacientes;Garantir a segurança do paciente por meio do cumprimento dos protocolos institucionais e metas internacionais de segurança;Apoiar e orientar familiares quanto ao estado clínico, rotina da unidade e cuidados prestados, respeitando normas institucionais;Registrar de forma completa e fidedigna a assistência prestada em prontuário eletrônico ou físico;Participar de auditorias, indicadores assistenciais e processos de acreditação hospitalar;Atuar em situações de emergência e parada cardiorrespiratória, coordenando e/ou participando das manobras de reanimação;Controlar e acompanhar indicadores assistenciais, propondo ações de melhoria contínua da qualidade dos serviços prestados;Executar outras atividades correlatas, de acordo com a necessidade da unidade e orientação da liderança imediata.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;COREN Ativo de Enfermeiro.Experiência em UTI ADULTO.Informações adicionaisCarga Horária: 180:00 | 07h00 as 19h00 ou 19h00 as 07h00 | 12x36Unidade:Hospital São José do Rio Preto - Avenida Anísio Haddad, 7195, São José do Rio Preto - SPBenefícios:Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Vale Alimentação/Refeição;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida;Parcerias e descontos com Instituições de Ensino;TotalPass (parceria com academias);Plano de Carreira.
