Atuar em conformidade com as normas e procedimentos de biossegurança, política, condutas e protocolos institucionais e comportamento ético profissional de acordo com o Código de Ética de Enfermagem.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPassar visita em todos os pacientes, e acompanhar a execução da assistência de enfermagem, acompanhando, principalmente, os pacientes de maior gravidade;Garantir a realização de todas as etapas da SAE, bem como a execução de todas as ferramentas de qualidade assistencial dos nossos clientes;Garantir ações de acolhimento e clima organizacional, tanto aos pacientes quanto a sua equipe e a adesão da equipe de enfermagem em todas as políticas e protocolos institucionais;Planejar, organizar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem em horário integral;Garantir o cumprimento das normas institucionais por parte de sua equipe através de protocolo e políticas da Unidade; Revisar os prontuários dos pacientes cirúrgicos e os preparos executados;Zelar pela estrutura física sob sua responsabilidade, envolvendo a equipe neste objetivo, bem como auxiliar a Coordenação de Enfermagem no controle e conservação dos equipamentos da unidade;Participar de reuniões com a Gerência de Enfermagem, sempre que solicitado;Controlar os psicotrópicos da unidade, bem como conferir e repor o carro de emergência, conforme rotina apresentada na Unidade e POP (procedimento operacional padrão) corporativo;Realizar notificações compulsórias de acordo com as orientações da vigilância sanitária que estarão disponíveis com o SCIH - Serviço de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar de sua Unidade.Entre outras atividades à critério da gestão;Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;Coren Enfermeiro ativo;Experiência em UTI Neonatal;Informações adicionaisCarga horária:180:00 | 07h00 19h00 ou 19h00 07h00 | 12x36Unidade:Hospital Paulo Sacramento | Rua Quinze de Novembro, 865 - Centro, Jundiaí-SP | 13201-905O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens (programa de descontos);
