Há 89 anos, a Fundação José Silveira mantém o olhar voltado para o futuro, reinventando suas práticas em um mundo imprevisível, sem perder de vista suas raízes sólidas naquilo que é a origem do propósito: cuidar da saúde e melhorar a qualidade de vida das pessoas.Com isso, buscamos pessoas conectadas ao novo que venham contribuir com o constante crescimento e a perpetuação do nosso legado.Junte-se ao nosso propósito!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSua rotina de trabalho será: · Participar da “passagem do plantão” diariamente, no início e no final do expediente, recebendo / informando e avaliando relatos com evolução e ocorrências significativas havidas com cada paciente, e ocorrências e orientações havidas que possam interferir no funcionamento do CR no decorrer da jornada que se inicia;· Visitar todos os pacientes, ao iniciar o expediente, após a “passagem de turno”, sob os cuidados de sua equipe com o objetivo de observar a sua evolução e condições de atendimento, inspecionar as instalações e obter / prestar informações necessárias ou solicitadas;· Avaliar diariamente a disponibilidade dos medicamentos correspondentes a cada paciente e também as disponibilidades de material de consumo, instrumental e peças de roupas, providenciando as reposições que se fizerem necessárias;·  Supervisionar a solicitação dos medicamentos e materiais para uso dos pacientes, garantindo que o que foi prescrito pelo médico é exatamente o que está sendo solicitado;·  Recepcionar e prestar os atendimentos iniciais de enfermagem aos pacientes recém-internados em seu expediente, prestando as orientações e esclarecimentos necessários;·  Elaborar o aprazamento das prescrições médicas e o plano de cuidado de enfermagem de cada paciente, tendo em vista as suas respectivas necessidades e as orientações médicas, acompanhando a sua eficácia;·  Orientar e supervisionar a equipe de técnicos de enfermagem quanto a programação e aplicação correta dos procedimentos de enfermagem nos pacientes e o apoio aos médicos que atuam na sua área de responsabilidade;·  Prestar atendimentos de enfermagem em pacientes ou apoio aos médicos que os atendem, quer em procedimentos de diagnósticos, quer nos tratamentos de recuperação;· Realizar procedimentos técnicos especializados de enfermagem, tais como: administrar as medicações prescritas e executar procedimentos invasivos, como cateterismo vesical, sondagem gástrica, punção venosa;· Acompanhar a evolução e intercorrências havidas com cada paciente, fazendo e/ou assegurando os correspondentes registros em prontuário e os procedimentos de enfermagem recomendados;· Acionar o médico plantonista sempre que necessário;· Prestar informações e/ou orientar pacientes e familiares sobre normas e rotinas do setor;· Realizar curativos (cateteres, ferida operatórias, úlceras por pressão, etc).Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisar ter?Formação superior em Enfermagem;COREN ativo;Experiência na área hospitalar;Disponibilidade para atuar em escala de 12x36h;Residir em Ipiaú e/ou regiões próximas.
