A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas, é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a nossa equipe!Se você é comprometido(a) e apaixonado(a) por novos desafios, aqui é o seu lugar! Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover o acolhimento dos pacientes, bem como planejar, organizar, executar e avaliar a assistência de enfermagem em horário integral;Liderar equipe de enfermagem, planejando ações, garantindo assistência de enfermagem em cumprimento a aplicação dos protocolos existentes;Prestar assistência direta a pacientes atendidos na unidade da Medicina Preventiva, em procedimentos de maior complexidade, através de prescrições de ações;Registrar observações, cuidados e procedimentos prestados no prontuário bem como nos sistemas utilizado pela área;Analisar a assistência prestada pela equipe de enfermagem, através da avaliação da qualidade dos cuidados e ações, a fim de verificar a execução dos tratamentos da equipe prescritos e dispensados aos pacientes;Definir estratégias e realizar ações de promoção da saúde para grupos específicos, incluindo: empresas clientes e pacientes; Supervisionar e efetuar os registros de procedimentos e condutas em formulários próprios da Instituição pertencentes ao prontuário do paciente e realizar evolução clínica de pacientes;Padronizar normas e procedimentos de enfermagem, monitorar processo de trabalho e aplicar métodos para avaliação da qualidade no atendimento;Aplicar a classificação de riscos do paciente e identificar áreas de risco, bem como estabelecer prioridades no atendimento;Participar na elaboração de normas, rotinas, procedimentos técnicos, ações de sua competência, bem como administrar pessoas sob sua responsabilidade em conformidade com as normas e rotinas em vigor;Cumprir determinações do SCIH - Serviço de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar e segurança ocupacional com orientação da equipe para controle de infecção nas unidades;Participar de trabalhos de equipes multidisciplinares (Médicos, Enfermeiros, Psicólogos, Nutricionista, Fisioterapeuta, Terapeuta Ocupacional, Assistente Social, área Administrativa);Colaborar e participar de programas de treinamento e educação continuada e identificar necessidade de treinamento para os Técnicos e Auxiliares de Enfermagem, mantendo treinamento contínuo com implantação de normas, rotinas e procedimentos posteriormente a estes programas;Confeccionar escala de revezamento mensal e solicitar reposição e substituição de colaboradores e mantendo, quantitativamente e qualitativamente, profissionais em todos os horários de trabalho;Realizar o controle de enxoval e materiais esterilizados conforme rotina da Instituição;Realizar o pedido de materiais e medicamentos conforme periodicidade de sua unidade;Verificar o uso e o estado de conservação da estrutura física e equipamentos, solicitar conserto ou troca e a acompanhar manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos;Para o exercício do cargo de Enfermeiro é imprescindível que o ocupante do cargo tenha registro vigente no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN), além de estar com as obrigações financeiras plenamente quitadas no referido conselho;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino Superior Completo - Enfermagem;Especialização em Oncologia.Desejável:Vivência na função ou em cargos similares.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: 08:00 - 17:48 (5x2);Unidade: CLINIPAM CURITIBA CABRAL.O que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Clube de Vantagens Hapvida (programa de descontos);
