Planejar e executar as atividades assistenciais de forma globalizada, unificada, humanizada e sistêmica por meio da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) e processos administrativos do setor, visando a segurança e qualidade da assistência prestada ao paciente, mantendo a interface com equipe Multidisciplinar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConhecer e atuar conforme os protocolos, instruções de trabalho e documentos da qualidade da função ao qual será designado;Realizar reuniões com a Equipe do Relacionamento Empresarial  visando a melhorias de processos, e planejamento de ações nas Empresas;Realizar reuniões com RH das Empresas que possuem convênio com a Operadora, afim de planejar ações de promoção a saúde, visando melhoria da qualidade de vida e redução da sinistralidade;Realizar análise de sinistralidade de carteira, afim de traçar estratégias para melhora da qualidade de vida e redução de sinistralidade dos beneficiários;Analisar os dados inerentes ao atendimento prestado com intuito de avaliar os indicadores clínicos e financeiros e posteriormente apresentar à gerência do setor, para alinhamento estratégico;Avaliar elegibilidade dos beneficiários e indicar aos programas disponíveis de Medicina Preventiva do NAIS (grupos de educação em saúde, atendimento individual);Aplicar a Pesquisa de Satisfação dos programas e serviços;Controlar  e monitorar as ações de programas e serviços  no que se refere às inscrições, controle de presença, telemonitoramento e indicadores, se designado;Planejamento de aulas, sessões e atividades voltadas para os beneficiários inscritos no(s) programa(s) de Medicina Preventiva;Desenvolvimento de campanhas de educação em saúde para os beneficiários da medicina preventiva;Realizar ações de prevenções à saúde em campanhas em empresas ou locais de eventos determinados pela Unimed com a realização das atividades: orientação de saúde de forma verbal;Elaborar de palestras objetivando a promoção de saúde e qualidade de vida;Preencher relatório de atividade diária solicitado pelo setor de Custos;Fornecer apoio administrativo a equipe multidisciplinar nos programas e serviços;Respeitar as determinações do Código de Conduta da Unimed SJCampos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTécnicos✅Graduação em Enfermagem com Coren ativo;✅Experiência com Ferramentas da Qualidade;✅Experiência no Sistema Tasy será um diferencial; ✅Habilidade em ministrar palestras;✅Habilidade pacote office.Comportamentais✅Trabalho em equipe e cooperação;✅Proatividade e engajamento;✅Senso de dono e foco em resultados;✅Organização e adaptação a mudanças;✅Visão de melhoria contínua e inovação;✅Foco no cliente e postura solucionadora;✅Resiliência e agilidade;✅Inteligência emocional e flexibilidade;✅Ética, integridade e construção de confiança;Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira das 08h às 17hLocal de trabalho: NAIS (Endereço: Av.
