O SAMU é um serviço de atendimento ligado à área da saúde pública, voltado para situações que envolvem urgência e emergência. Ele atua de forma integrada ao sistema de saúde, oferecendo suporte inicial em ocorrências fora das unidades de saúde e promovendo encaminhamento quando necessário. Seu funcionamento envolve equipes especializadas e uso de veículos próprios para atendimento em campo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada, conforme normas do COREN, protocolos institucionais e diretrizes da SMS;Atuar como facilitador dos processos assistenciais de enfermagem, promovendo a integração com a equipe e o corpo clínico;Apoiar o gestor na melhoria contínua dos processos assistenciais e no cumprimento das normas de segurança e controle de infecções;Supervisionar e acompanhar a execução dos procedimentos de enfermagem, garantindo qualidade, segurança e redução de riscos;Supervisionar os registros da assistência de enfermagem e a correta utilização de equipamentos, materiais e insumos;Acompanhar a assistência a pacientes graves, incluindo admissão e remoção para outros serviços;Ministrar treinamentos e promover a atualização contínua da equipe de enfermagem;Apoiar o controle da certificação profissional da equipe junto ao conselho de classe e acompanhar as comunicações pertinentes;Gerenciar notificações de não conformidades relacionadas à assistência de enfermagem e acompanhar as ações de melhoria;Controlar estoques de materiais e medicamentos, assegurando a disponibilidade dos recursos necessários à assistência;Organizar e acompanhar os processos de esterilização de materiais e armazenamento de receituários controlados;Acompanhar a escala de enfermagem e o cumprimento das normas de biossegurança e segurança do paciente;Apoiar atividades de ensino, pesquisa, estágio e residência, garantindo o cumprimento dos aspectos éticos e assistenciais;Participar de ações de formação e desenvolvimento profissional promovidas pela Instituição e instituições de ensino;Cumprir normas, rotinas e regulamentações institucionais, atuando em conformidade com o Manual de Integridade da SPDM e com a LGPD;Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem;Especialização completa em uma ou mais das áreas citadas a seguir: Urgência/Emergência, Pronto Socorro;Capacitação e Certificação no Sistema Manchester de Classificação de Risco (SMCR) - 2ª Edição;Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe;Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na função;Curso atualizado de APH.Informações adicionaisInformações Adicionais:Atuação na escala 12x36, na região de Mogi das Cruzes - Alto do TietêBenefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
