A hora de fazer parte de um time comprometido, acolhedor e que leva saúde para milhões de pessoas é agora!Estamos na busca de profissionais para compor a equipe de saúde do sistema Hapvida NotreDame. Se você é cuidadoso, carismático e apaixonado por gente, aqui é o seu lugar!Faça seu cadastro e envie seu currículo!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar o desenvolvimento e controle dos procedimentos da área junto à coordenação;Apoiar o médico do trabalho no processo de logística e realização dos exames médicos ocupacionais, relativos à admissão, demissão, periódico, retorno ao trabalho e mudança de função:Controlar o programa vacinal dos colaboradores;Inserir dados relativos a atestados e atendimentos de enfermagem em sistema específico da área da Saúde Ocupacional;Imputar informações específicas nas planilhas compartilhadas dos casos afastados e encaminhados aos programas de prevenção e promoção de saúde, pertinentes a sua gestão;Administrar e controlar a agenda de atendimentos da Saúde Ocupacional;Efetuar o agendamento de consultas periciais junto a Previdência Social para os colaboradores encaminhados ao benefício de Auxílio Doença ou Auxílio Acidentário;Elaborar, em conjunto com o médico da Saúde Ocupacional, rol de documentos necessários para o encaminhamento do colaborador a Previdência Social e a devida entrega da documentação ao interessado;Confeccionar relatórios gerenciais específicos da área de Saúde Ocupacional e apresentações relacionadas aos processos e projetos em desenvolvimento na área;Realizar as demais rotinas operacionais de enfermagem da área de Saúde Ocupacional;Atuar no controle das ações da área e seu registro em sistema e/ou planilhas;Planejar e construir apresentações de dados, processos e projetos em conjunto com a gestão da área;Para o exercício do cargo de Enfermeiro do Trabalho é imprescindível que o ocupante do cargo tenha registro vigente no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN), além de estar com as obrigações financeiras plenamente quitadas no referido conselho;Executar outras atividades correlatas a critério do superior.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Ensino superior completo em enfermagem;Coren ativo e em dia;Pós em Enfermagem do Trabalho/ Pós Saúde Ocupacional .Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda à quinta das 08h às 18h e sexta 08h às 17hUnidade:Hospital Lifecenter | Hapvida NotreDame - Av. do Contorno, 4747 - Serra, Belo Horizonte - MGO que oferecemos?Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Convênio com Farmácia;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;Totalpass;Universidade Corporativa;Interclube (programa de descontos);Programa Conte Comigo.
