Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBS) são serviços que compõem a Rede de Atenção Básica de Saúde, caracterizados pelo alto nível de capilaridade e pela oferta de serviços de saúde com maior proximidade dos usuários. Suas atividades estão voltadas para a promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde e prevenção de doenças, de forma individual ou coletiva, articulada com outros serviços da Rede de Saúde e intersetorial.As UBS oferecem, mediante agendamento, atendimento médico nas especialidades de Pediatria, Ginecologia e Clínica-Médica e atendimento de Equipe Multiprofissional com Enfermagem, Odontologia, Serviço Social, Nutrição e Psicologia em algumas Unidades. Também são oferecidos procedimentos (inalações, injeções, curativos, vacinas, coleta de exames laboratoriais, tratamento odontológico, coleta de Papanicolau), além de encaminhamento para serviços de Especialidades e fornecimento de medicação básica.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesParticipar do processo de territorialização e mapeamento da área de atuação da equipe, identificando grupos, famílias e indivíduos expostos a riscos, inclusive aqueles relativos ao trabalho, e da atualização contínua dessas informações, priorizando as situações a serem acompanhadas no planejamento local. Participar de reuniões de Equipe. Realizar o cuidado em saúde da população adscrita, prioritariamente no âmbito da Unidade de Saúde, no domicílio e nos demais espaços comunitários (escolas, associações, entre outros), quando necessário. Realizar ações de atençãointegral conforme a necessidade de saúde da população local, bem como as previstas nas prioridades e protocolos da estão local. Garantir a integralidade da atenção por meio da realização de ações de promoção da saúde, prevenção de agravos e curativas, da garantia de atendimento da demanda espontânea, da realização das ações programáticas e de vigilância à saúde. Realizar busca ativa e notificação de doenças e agravos de notificação compulsória e de outros agravos e situações de importância local. Realizar a escuta qualificada das necessidades dos usuários em todas as ações, proporcionando atendimento humanizado e viabilizando o estabelecimento do vínculo. Participar das atividades de planejamento e avaliação das ações da equipe, a partir da utilização dos dados disponíveis. Promover a mobilização e a participação da comunidade, buscando efetivar o controle social. Garantir a qualidade do registro de sua competência no sistema de informação. Realizar outras ações e atividades a serem definidas de acordo com as prioridades locais. Cumprir rotinas, normas e regulamentações da Instituição e Secretaria Municipal de Saúde. Planejar, supervisionar, coordenar e avaliar as ações desenvolvidas pelos Técnicos de Enfermagem e Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS). Contribuir e participar das atividades de Educação Permanente da equipe. Atuar segundo preceitos éticos e legais estabelecidos por seu Conselho de Classe.
