O Programa de Atenção Integral à Saúde iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2001 no município de São Paulo, se estendendo para outros municípios e estados. Desde o início de suas atividades, o PAIS busca, em parceria com a gestão pública, o crescimento e a consolidação dos serviços de saúde ofertados aos usuários do SUS.O Programa tem como objetivo garantir mudanças nos indicadores e na qualidade de vida da população, pautado, entre outros, pelos princípios da integralidade e da equidade, com uma visão estratégica da gestão dos serviços de saúde, definida em um processo de aprimoramento contínuo. A rede de atenção às urgências e emergências se caracteriza pela rápida resposta aos quadros agudos de natureza clínica ou traumática que ocorrem fora do ambiente hospitalar. É fundamental para garantir suporte e a sobrevivência das pessoas vitimadas por quadros de maior gravidade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência segura, humanizada e individualizada, desde a admissão até a transferência de setor, sob supervisão do enfermeiro;Verificar sinais vitais, administrar medicações e realizar procedimentos assistenciais, sempre com foco na segurança e na redução de riscos de infecção;Preencher registros específicos relacionados à assistência e prontuário, conforme normas institucionais e orientação do enfermeiro;Garantir a adequada comunicação entre as equipes durante o plantão;Preparar e prover materiais, equipamentos e insumos necessários para os procedimentos, zelando pela correta utilização e conservação;Auxiliar o médico e prestar suporte na realização de exames e cuidados específicos do paciente;Monitorar o posicionamento de cateteres, sondas e drenos, reportando irregularidades ao enfermeiro;Cumprir as normativas do Conselho Regional de Enfermagem e as rotinas institucionais. Realizar procedimentos dentro das técnicas assépticas e seguir orientações do Serviço de Controle de Infecção Hospitalar;Demais atividades pertinentes a função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem.Pós-graduação completa em uma ou mais das áreas citadas a seguir: Urgência/Emergência (Pronto Socorro), UTI ou Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde.Registro Ativo no Conselho da ClasseExperiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na função de Enfermeiro em urgência/emergência. Informações adicionaisAtuação na região de Diadema na escala 12x36 diurno.Profissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
