Promover a assistência de enfermagem contínua aos pacientes críticos, baseada na Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE), cumprindo e fazendo cumprir as normas e rotinas estabelecidas pela Gerência de Enfermagem, visando assegurar a assistência adequada aos pacientes. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, organizar, orientar, supervisionar, estimular e avaliar as atividades assistenciais de enfermagem desenvolvidas pelos Técnicos de Enfermagem, cumprindo e fazendo cumprir as normas, protocolos e rotinas estabelecidas, o uso de EPI´s, assegurando a assistência adequada aos pacientes;Receber e passar plantão referente aos pacientes internados no setor, segundo metodologia instituída e preconizada conforme Instrução de Trabalho, garantindo a continuidade da assistência de enfermagem e a transmissão efetiva das informações;Participar da execução e supervisionar protocolos assistenciais. Participando da definição de indicadores, monitoramento resultados e adoções de medidas corretivas e preventivas, junto à Chefia Imediata;Realizar visitas diárias aos pacientes da UTI, e realizar a Sistematização de Assistência de Enfermagem contemplando as fases de Diagnóstico de enfermagem, Evolução de Enfermagem, Intervenções de Enfermagem;Assegurar e efetuar os registros no prontuário do paciente, de acordo com a metodologia adotada pela Instituição;Realizar o dimensionamento de pessoal de enfermagem diário, utilizando como base os riscos assistenciais e score de gravidade (NAS);Multiplicar em conjunto com a educação permanente para os Técnicos, conhecimentos técnicos e novas práticas, bem como diagnosticar ações de enfermagem ineficazes para corrigi-las;Garantir a disseminação e implantação de medidas de qualidade e segurança do paciente definidos pela Instituição;Promover e participar da integração da equipe multidisciplinar procurando garantir uma assistência integral aos pacientes e seus familiares;Prestar assistência de enfermagem direta a pacientes com um alto nível de criticidade, como também realizar procedimentos de maior complexidade;Participar de projetos institucionais alinhados as ações de melhoria contínua dos processos (redução de custos, certificações da qualidade, protocolos institucionais);Promover e realizar educação ao paciente e/ou familiares quanto às terapêuticas, riscos assistenciais e as medidas preventivas, utilizando estratégias relacionadas às condições do paciente, visando a continuidade dos cuidados a nível domiciliar;Direcionar a assistência de enfermagem favorecendo a gestão de leitos e riscos;Participar da definição dos processos em enfermagem, executar e garantir a implantação, monitorar resultados e propor ações de melhoria;Participar de visitas multiprofissionais, visando alcançar as metas estabelecidas;Participar da avaliação dos eventos adversos bem como da implantação dos planos de melhoria;Participar de Grupo de Estudos quando convidado pela Supervisão de Enfermagem.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Enfermagem;COREN ativo;Experiência em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva;Desejável especialização em UTI, Cardiologia ou Emergência.Informações adicionaisQuais benefícios oferecemos aos nossos funcionários?•      Assistência Médica•      Assistência Odontológica•      Vale Transporte•      Seguro de Vida•      Refeitório•      Auxílio Creche•      Ambulatório Médico•      Wellhub (Gympass)•      Day off de aniversário•      Cesta ou Vale de Natal•      Ações de Qualidade de Vida•      Programa de Somos + Saúde•      Conexa Saúde (Telemedicina)•      Premiação por tempo de casa•      Parcerias educacionais•      Parceria com SESC•      Convênio farmácia - Univers•      Desconto em estacionamentos da regiãoPara colaboradores que realizam jornada diária superior a 6h.Para mulheres que tenham filhos conforme convenção coletiva.Ativado no mês seguinte após os 90 dias do período de experiência.
