Responsável por extrair conhecimentos a partir de dados utilizando ferramentas e técnicas em grandes e complexos conjuntos de dados, trabalhando em conjunto com cientistas de dados que executam intrincadas experiências analíticas através de tecnologia de ponta teórica e abordagens aplicadas em operações de O&G em larga escala.  Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades:Liderar tecnicamente o time, definindo padrões, melhores práticas e guia de arquitetura para criação de novos pipelines, além de apoiar o desenvolvimento de profissionais menos experientes;Administrar, manter e escalar pipelines de dados que abastecem modelos de Analytics com dados históricos (treino) e dados em tempo real (execução), garantindo disponibilidade e eficiência ponta a ponta;Criar mecanismos de prevenção e monitoramento (observabilidade) para antecipar falhas, instrumentar alertas e assegurar níveis de serviço;Estabelecer e evoluir a governança de dados: políticas, processos e data contracts; classificação e segurança de dados; gestão de metadados, qualidade, linhagem e acesso; implantação e operação de um catálogo de dados e de um glossário de negócios corporativos;Definir e manter um modelo ontológico (semântico) corporativo, padronizando entidades, eventos e relacionamentos entre domínios operacionais e analíticos; promover seu uso via camadas semânticas, taxonomias e mapeamento para modelos físicos;Preparar os dados para uso em massa de IA e Analytics: construir datasets confiáveis, versionados e documentados; padronizar feature stores/tabelas “model-ready”; instrumentar monitoramento de qualidade e drift; e integrar práticas de MLOps/LLMOps ao ciclo de dados;Realizar avaliações de qualidade de dados, identificar problemas, causas raiz e implementar correções sustentáveis no fluxo;Desenhar e construir integrações para recuperar dados de fontes heterogêneas, estruturadas e não estruturadas;Modelar e operar bancos de dados dedicados a aplicações analíticas e operacionais, com foco em escalabilidade e segurança;Colaborar de perto com Cientistas e Analistas de Dados, garantindo fluxo adequado de dados do desenvolvimento à produção e alinhamento de soluções;Contribuir para o conhecimento do time, disseminando práticas, aprendendo novas tecnologias e impulsionando soluções na fronteira da indústria de O&G.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Bacharelado em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas. Experiência na plataforma de Big Data como Hadoop, Hbase, Hive, Pig etc;Experiência com serviços Cloud, experiência com serviços AWS tais como S3, Athena, EC2 é um diferencial;Experiência de trabalho com Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI ou pacotes semelhantes de relatórios e BI;  Experiência de trabalho com SQL, PL/SQL e linguagens semelhantes;Experiência de trabalho com Python;Experiência c omprovada liderando tecnicamente times de dados, definindo padrões de engenharia e mentoria;Conhecimento do processo de desenvolvimento de software ágil e familiaridade com ferramentas de métrica de desempenho;  Inglês Avançado ou Fluente;Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office Informações adicionaisFazer parte da MODEC é ser PROTAGONISTA de uma carreira repleta de DESAFIOS e estar em contato com os mais modernos sistemas de produção em águas profundas, sabendo que sua carreira começa no BRASIL mas seu talento pode te levar para o MUNDO.- Se você quer estar entre os melhores do mercado, esta é sua oportunidade!! - Como uma empresa MULTICULTURAL e que respeita a DIVERSIDADE, encorajamos a candidatura de PCD´s em nossos processos.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------Being part of MODEC means being the PROTAGONIST of a CHALLENGING career and being in touch with the latest deep-water production systems, knowing that your career begins in BRAZIL, but your talent can take you anywhere in the WORLD.- If you want to be one of the greatest in the market, this is your opportunity!! - As a MULTICULTURAL company that respects DIVERSITY, we encourage PWD application in our process.
