Atuar como referência de infraestrutura para squads de negócio. Apoiar a evolução da confiabilidade, disponibilidade e performance das aplicações. Desenvolver e manter dashboards, métricas e alertas para monitoramento dos serviços. Atuar na identificação e resolução de incidentes e problemas em ambientes produtivos. Contribuir para a evolução da observabilidade dos sistemas. Apoiar iniciativas de automação e melhoria contínua da operação. Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de desenvolvimento na definição de boas práticas de arquitetura e operação. Participar da implementação e evolução de soluções em ambientes cloud AWS. Contribuir para a estabilidade de sistemas com alta volumetria e criticidade para o negócio.Requisitos e qualificações No que você precisa mandar bem?

Experiência em posições com foco em SRE, Infraestrutura, Plataforma ou Cloud. Vivência prática em ambientes AWS.Conhecimento em: ECS, EKS, Networking, Infraestrutura como Código (Terraform).Experiência com observabilidade, monitoramento e gestão de alertas. Conhecimento em ambientes distribuídos e arquiteturas baseadas em microsserviços.Vivência com resolução de incidentes e melhoria contínua da operação.Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes times e stakeholders.Experiência trabalhando em metodologias ágeis.DIFERENCIAIS Experiência em sistemas de pagamentos ou produtos financeiros. Conhecimento em desenvolvimento utilizando Java e Spring Boot. Experiência com: Kafka, Github Actions, CI/CD, Estratégias de deploy (Canary e Blue-Green). Conhecimento em arquiteturas Cloud Native e Event-Driven. Familiaridade com ferramentas de produtividade apoiadas por Inteligência Artificial, como GitHub Copilot, StackSpot e Devin.
