Garantir segurança, qualidade, confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos ativos. Analisar falhas, indicadores e planos de manutenção, buscando redução de custos e perdas. Apoiar projetos, fornecedores, materiais e melhorias técnicas da manutenção. Promover padronização, capacitação da equipe e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar na elaboração do Planejamento Safra e Entressafra, através da programação as ações, recursos, materiais e prazos necessários para a realização das atividades planejadas, bem como executar/cumprir o plano proposto;

Implementar as melhores práticas de manutenção, visando a confiabilidade e conservação dos Ativos;

Realizar análise de falhas, acompanhar e divulgar as ações provenientes das análises;Responsável pelo desenvolvimento de estudos e revisões de plano de manutenção preventivas e preditivas;Elaboração e treinamento de POP’s, LPP’s e IT’s de manutenção;Análise técnica e de viabilidade econômica dos projetos de melhoria e CAPEX;Elaborar especificações técnicas de serviços terceiros, equipamentos, agregados e ferramentas;Suportar a execução nas análises preditivas, acompanhando os laudos e as ações realizadas; Desenvolver e homologar prestadores de serviços que atendam em qualidade com intuito de gerar confiabilidade e melhor custo-benefício para a empresa;

Análise dos indicadores e perfil de perdas fomentando a segurança, o aumento da disponibilidade da frota, melhoria da qualidade de manutenção e redução de custos;

Elaborar e implementar estratégias que resultam no aumento de disponibilidade e redução do custo de manutenção da frota;

Monitorar o desempenho do processo, analisando, discutindo e agindo com base nos indicadores de resultado, comparando as metas previstas planejamento X realizadas, assegurando a qualidade do processo.
