Somos uma Incorporadora, Construtora e ImobiliáriaFazemos a aquisição do terreno, desenvolvemos os produtos, aprovamos, construímos e vendemos através de uma operação de vendas. Também realizamos todo o relacionamento com parceiros, vizinhança e clientes e assistência técnica aos proprietários e moradores. Desde 2010, em nossa criação, acreditamos no potencial de construção de histórias com nossos clientes e, para fazer parte de suas vidas, fomos além: estabelecemos um compromisso com a qualidade e empreendimentos eficientes. ACREDITAMOS EM MUDANÇAS, PRINCIPALMENTE DE VIDAS. Responsabilidades e atribuições - Desenvolver o cronograma físico detalhado, curva física da obra e linha de balanço para o projeto de construção.- Detalhar o caminho crítico do cronograma, prazos, marcos importantes e restrições para cada pacote de trabalho com lógica executiva.- Acompanhar o avanço físico semanal e mensal do cronograma, identificar e justificar desvios e realizar as divulgações de resultados apurados.- Acompanhar o planejamento semanal das frentes de serviço e realizar análise de risco do projeto, sinalizar os desvios e sugerir plano de ação junto a engenharia.- Apoiar a equipe de obra na tomada de decisão, realizando possíveis senários nos desvios identificados.- Conduzir reunião de restrição, mapear as restrições para execução dos serviços, garantir a atualização e eliminação das Restrições na plataforma Prevision.- Realizar análise e liberação de compra de material e contratação de serviços e equipamentos de acordo com o orçamento disponível e premissas da empresa- Desenvolver e acompanhar histogramas de mão de obra e equipamentos, sinalizando possíveis desvios orçamentários e alteração de premissa das obras.- Realizar controle mensal dos custos, gerando relatórios gerenciais e realizando análise orçamento x tendência dos custos Indiretos e Diretos, com as justificativas de desvios e auxiliando a obra para que o orçamento executivo seja cumprido com sucesso.- Trabalhar em conjunto a engenharia da obra e outros profissionais envolvidos no projeto, garantindo que todas as partes estejam alinhadas e atualizadas com o andamento do projeto.- Criar curvas de desembolso físicas/financeiras.- Distratar saldos de pedidos e contratos em serviços finalizados, garantindo que o projeto tenha informação atualizada e coerentes.- Auditar medições, dados de apontamentos e produção para garantir precisão dos resultados divulgados.
