Se você é Engenheiro(a) Civil, tem visão de liderança, foco em resultados e gosta de atuar no planejamento e execução de obras, essa oportunidade é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o planejamento e cronograma de obras, coordenando atividades de construção civil desde a fase de concepção até a entrega final do empreendimento;Supervisionar equipes de trabalho, incluindo empreiteiros e subcontratados, assegurando o cumprimento das normas de segurança e qualidade;Realizar o controle de custos e orçamentos das obras, monitorando despesas e identificando oportunidades de otimização;Participar na elaboração de projetos executivos, revisando e interpretando desenhos técnicos, especificações e documentos contratuais;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas técnicas, legislação vigente e requisitos ambientais durante todas as fases da construção;Realizar vistorias técnicas e inspeções de qualidade em obras, identificando e solucionando problemas técnicos e de engenharia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia Civil;Experiência mínima de 3 anos com gerenciamento e coordenação de obras;Domínio intermediário de Excel e AutoCAD;Desejável conhecimento no sistema SIENGE;Diferencial: experiência com sistema construtivo de parede de concreto.Competências:Capacidade de tomar decisões assertivas em ambientes de alta pressão.Forte capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.Comunicação clara e eficaz, tanto oral quanto escrita.Orientação para resultados e cumprimento de metas.Atuação ética e profissional, compromisso com a qualidade e segurança das obras.Informações adicionaisModelo de Contratação em regime PJO que oferecemos:
