Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) Civil para atuar no setor de Planejamento e Manutenção dos nossos imóveis, com atuação presencial na matriz, localizada no Itaim Bibi/SP. A posição tem como principal foco a gestão e acompanhamento das operações nos empreendimentos, com menor atuação direta em atividades relacionadas à execução e acompanhamento de obras. Requer disponibilidade para viagens regulares, principalmente para as regiões Norte e Nordeste do país.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Coordenar a equipe responsável pela contratação e terceirização de serviços de obras e manutenção predial;2. Supervisionar e coordenar todas as etapas das obras e serviços de manutenção predial, assegurando a conformidade com os projetos executivos e planos de segurança;3. Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, padrões de qualidade e requisitos de segurança nos serviços de obras civis e manutenções executados por empresas terceirizadas;4. Apoiar o planejamento de atividades classificadas como de alto e crítico risco, identificando riscos ocupacionais e ambientais e propondo medidas de controle e mitigação;5. Realizar o controle de custos e de materiais empregados nas obras e nos serviços de manutenção executados por terceiros;6. Registrar a evolução das obras e das atividades de manutenção por meio da elaboração de Relatórios de Acompanhamento de Obras (RAO);7. Atuar na avaliação periódica de fornecedores quanto ao cumprimento de requisitos legais e corporativos relacionados à saúde, segurança e meio ambiente (SSMA);8. Liderar a realização de vistorias técnicas em ativos imobiliários, avaliando características, estado de conservação e condições de funcionamento de imóveis comerciais e residenciais;9. Coordenar o processo de contratação de prestadores de serviços, desde a prospecção e seleção até a entrega final dos serviços contratados;10. Realizar vistorias de saída/entrada, efetuando análises comparativas com base em relatórios e documentos, para subsidiar a apuração de custos decorrentes de eventuais danos ao imóvel locado;11. Elaborar relatórios técnicos de engenharia relacionados a serviços de manutenção, regularização de obras e acompanhamento de obras civis.DESEJÁVEL12) Experiência em supervisão de obras de grande porte, preferencialmente, em imóveisdestinados à logística e varejo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS1. Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Civil, com registro ativo no CREA;2. Experiência mínima de 5 (cinco) anos na área, após a formação;3. Conhecimento em Pacote Office e AutoCAD;4. Conhecimento em normas técnicas e legislação aplicável;5.
