Sobre a oportunidadeRegime de trabalho: PresencialLocalidade: Belo HorizonteEstamos em busca de um(a) Engenheiro(a) Clínico(a) para atuar na coordenação e acompanhamento de projetos de infraestrutura, manutenção, reformas e implantação de novas instalações em ambiente de alta complexidade. Procuramos um profissional com visão estratégica, forte capacidade de gestão e atuação prática em campo, que tenha facilidade para conduzir projetos multidisciplinares e garantir excelência técnica em todas as etapas dos processos.O profissional será responsável por garantir a execução dos projetos dentro dos padrões técnicos, regulatórios e de qualidade, contribuindo para a segurança operacional, eficiência dos processos e excelência na prestação dos serviços.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e acompanhar projetos de pequeno, médio e grande porte;Gerenciar contratos relacionados a obras, reformas e serviços especializados;Realizar análise e compatibilização de projetos executivos;Participar de processos de contratação, realizando avaliações técnicas de propostas;Elaborar estudos de viabilidade técnica e econômica;Fiscalizar a execução de serviços e acompanhar cronogramas físicos e financeiros;Realizar levantamentos técnicos em campo;Controlar medições e acompanhar demandas contratuais;Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulamentações e requisitos de qualidade;Apoiar auditorias, inspeções e processos de acreditação;Desenvolver e capacitar equipes por meio de treinamentos técnicos;Participar de iniciativas de melhoria contínua e planejamento estratégico;Elaborar e revisar documentos técnicos e procedimentos;Apoiar a aquisição de materiais, equipamentos e serviços relacionados à área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatóriosEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia Eletrônica, Engenharia de Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas;Registro ativo no CREA;Certificações NR-10, NR-33 e NR-35;Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos, obras e contratos;Conhecimento em planejamento, fiscalização e acompanhamento de serviços de engenharia.DiferenciaisExperiência em ambientes hospitalares ou de alta complexidade;Conhecimento de normas técnicas e regulamentações aplicáveis à infraestrutura de saúde;Vivência em processos administrativos e de gestão relacionados à engenharia clínica, eletrônica ou telecomunicações;Experiência com gestão de fornecedores e contratos.
