Tem a missão de construir/fortalecer a marca Tigre através do Ecossistema de Construção Civil, entregando alto valor agregado no desenvolvimento de negócio para o cliente por meio do atendimento direto, mas também via parceiros de distribuição.

Responsabilidades e atribuições  • Manutenção e Atualização de Material Técnico (catálogos e fichas técnicas): Contribuir para a atualização contínua do material técnico, junto com time de Marketing, garantindo que as informações sejam precisas e alinhadas com as melhores práticas do setor.  • Propor Sugestões Técnicas Otimizadas: Contribuir com sugestões de otimização técnica, em alinhamento com o departamento de EVT (Análise de Projetos), garantindo soluções mais eficientes e estratégicas.  • Conversão de Produtos Concorrentes e Oportunidades de introdução de novos SKUs: Identificar projetos especificados com produtos concorrentes (Cobre, Aço, Ferro Galvanizado) e sugerir soluções Tigre, visando ampliar a participação da Tigre no mercado. • Produção e Divulgação de Conteúdo Técnico: Produzir artigos técnicos e materiais para meios especializados, difundir o conhecimento Tigre e contribuir para o aprimoramento contínuo do setor.  • Suporte Técnico às Unidades Internacionais: Oferecer suporte técnico às unidades internacionais, compartilhando melhores práticas da Engenharia de Aplicação T&C Brasil.  • Gestão de Reclamações e Satisfação do Cliente: Atuar no atendimento e na solução de reclamações de clientes, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e diretrizes estabelecidos pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Garantir que o cliente compreenda o atendimento realizado, promovendo a satisfação e a confiança na marca por meio de uma comunicação clara e resolutiva. • Sugestões para Melhoria de Produtos: Analisar oportunidades para aprimorar produtos existentes e direcionar ao time de Marketing novas soluções com base em feedback do mercado e do campo.  • Apoio à Área Comercial: Oferecer suporte técnico à equipe comercial de todos os canais, por meio do fornecimento de informações, treinamentos e materiais que contribuam para a concretização de novos negócios e o fortalecimento das soluções Tigre no mercado.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios Formação superior completa; Engenharias, preferencialmente em Civil, Elétrica, Mecânica e Ambiental

Habilitação categoria "B";

Requisitos Desejáveis Conhecimento em excel intermediário;

Vivência com gestão de Distribuidores e filiais;
