Se você é apaixonado(a) por dados, inteligência artificial e gosta de transformar problemas de negócio em soluções reais, essa oportunidade é para você.Responsabilidades:Projetar, desenvolver e colocar em produção soluções de Inteligência Artificial (assistentes, agentes, automações inteligentes e modelos de ML/GenAI) integradas ao ambiente Databricks/Microsoft/Azure;Evoluir as iniciativas de IA da área — incluindo Databricks Genie, Genie Agents, Genie One e Copilot— com foco em qualidade das respostas, governança e escala de uso;Construir pipelines de dados e integrações (Synapse, Databricks, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry) que sustentem casos de uso de IA de forma confiável;Avaliar e implementar arquiteturas de LLM/GenAI (RAG, agentes, prompt engineering e orquestração de modelos), com atenção a custo, performance, segurança e governança de dados;Atuar sobre a arquitetura medalhão (Bronze/Silver/Gold) existente, contribuindo para qualidade, rastreabilidade e confiabilidade dos dados que alimentam os modelos;Monitorar, documentar e manter as soluções de IA em produção, com práticas de observabilidade, versionamento e MLOps/LLMOps;Atuar próximo às áreas de negócio para transformar problemas reais em soluções de IA com valor mensurável, questionando solicitações antes de simplesmente executá-las;Colaborar com o time de Dados na definição de padrões técnicos, governança e boas práticas para as soluções de IA da área;Acompanhar tendências de mercado em Inteligência Artificial e propor novas formas de consumo e automação de dados para a empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:Ensino superior completo em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia, Estatística, Matemática ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prática com engenharia de Inteligência Artificial/Machine Learning em produção, não apenas prototipagem;Domínio de Python para desenvolvimento de soluções de dados e IA;Experiência com plataformas de dados em nuvem, idealmente Azure e/ou Databricks;Conhecimento sólido de SQL e modelagem de dados;Experiência com arquiteturas de LLM/GenAI: RAG, agentes, prompt engineering e orquestração de modelos;Familiaridade com práticas de MLOps/LLMOps (versionamento, monitoramento e CI/CD para modelos);Capacidade de comunicação clara com áreas de negócio, traduzindo problemas técnicos e de dados em soluções compreensíveis.Diferenciais:Experiência com Databricks Genie, Genie Agents, Copilot Studio ou ferramentas equivalentes de agentes corporativos;Experiência com Microsoft Fabric e/ou Power BI (camada semântica e integração com IA);Vivência com integrações via Microsoft Teams, SharePoint e Power Automate;Experiência anterior em setores de logística, transporte ou operações similares;Experiência estruturando governança de dados/IA (qualidade, catálogo, documentação, políticas de uso).Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico.Convênio Odontológico.Convênio Farmácia.Wellhub.Vale Alimentação.Seguro de Vida.Vale Transporte ou Fretado.Participação nos Lucros.
