Venha fazer parte do nosso time de Engenharia e Controle, integrando frentes de trabalho para transformar projetos em realidade!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a execução das obras, analisando criticamente as estratégias construtivas, o cumprimento de cronogramas, a divisão das frentes de trabalho e a mitigação de pontos críticos do projeto.Supervisionar e orientar tecnicamente as empresas terceirizadas e empreiteiras contratadas, garantindo o rigoroso cumprimento dos projetos executivos, prazos contratuais e padrões de qualidade exigidos.Acompanhar e otimizar recursos de mão de obra, equipamentos e suprimentos de materiais de acordo com o ritmo e as necessidades diárias da obra.Monitorar a evolução dos serviços e os índices de produtividade, além de auditar o preenchimento do RDO (Relatório Diário de Obra) e manter o alinhamento constante entre as equipes.Realizar o acompanhamento de medições de contratos, validando tecnicamente os serviços executados para a liberação de pagamentos e faturamento.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, higiene e medicina do trabalho (SST / NR-18 / NR-35), bem como as diretrizes de sustentabilidade e licenças ambientais.Acompanhar as etapas de comissionamento, testes de instalações, start-up de sistemas e inspeções técnicas finais.Realizar check-lists de entrega, gerenciar o plano de ataque para resolução de pendências (punch list) e garantir a conclusão adequada de todos os serviços.Apoiar o recebimento da obra e a transição do empreendimento para a equipe de operações (turnover).Atuar em sinergia com as áreas de Projetos de Engenharia e de Planejamento e Controle de Obras (PCO).Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório:Graduação completa em Engenharia (Civil, Produção Civil, Elétrica ou Mecânica).Registro ativo no CREA.Experiência sólida em coordenação de obras, gestão de contratos e gerenciamento de fornecedores na construção civil.Domínio em leitura e interpretação de projetos, ferramentas de planejamento de obras (MS Project / Primavera) e pacote Office.Conhecimento robusto em normas de segurança do trabalho aplicadas ao canteiro.Desejável:Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos, Engenharia de Produção ou Gestão de Obras.Conhecimento na metodologia Lean Construction ou ferramentas de modelagem BIM.Informações adicionaisCarga horária:Segunda a quinta-feira, das 07h00 às 17h00; sexta-feira, das 07h00 às 16h00Unidade:Av.
