Candidate-se e venha evoluir com a gente!Junte-se a nós! #VemSerOmexom #VenhaTrabalharConoscoResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtividades:Elaborar e manter os cronogramas executivos dos projetos (estrutura analítica, sequenciamento, durações, marcos contratuais e caminho crítico);Definir e padronizar a metodologia de planejamento e o painel de indicadores da área;Estabelecer os critérios de medição de avanço físico e validar as apropriações de campo;Analisar o desempenho de prazo e produtividade, diagnosticar desvios e recomendar o redimensionamento de recursos;Conduzir replanejamentos e repactuações de linha de base quando necessário, mantendo rastreabilidade contratual;Produzir os relatórios gerenciais de desempenho (curva de avanço, aderência semanal, marcos, indicadores) para gerência e cliente;Liderar e desenvolver a célula de planejamento, garantindo o padrão de qualidade das entregas;Manter interface estruturada com a célula de controle de custos, engenharia, suprimentos e construção;Representar o planejamento nas reuniões de acompanhamento perante clientes e diretoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia (Civil, Elétrica, Produção, , Administração ou áreas correlatas;Requisitos:Experiência em atuação com planejamento e controle de projetos, preferencialmente em obras industriais, infraestrutura ou energia;Domínio avançado de MS Project (elaboração, nivelamento de recursos, caminho crítico, linhas de base, análise de folgas);Conhecimento cálculo e gestão de indicadores de desempenho de projeto;Análise de indicadores em redimensionamento de recursos e ações corretivas;Domínio da lógica construtiva de obras (sequenciamento, produtividade, dependências físicas);Vivência em contratos EPC ou Turnkey, com marcos contratuais penalizáveis;Excel avançado;Viagens para obra. Desejável:Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos e certificação em gerenciamento de projetos são diferenciais valorizados.Certificação em gerenciamento de projetos (PMP, PMI-SP ou equivalente);Domínio de Power BI para construção de painéis de indicadores;Vivência específica em subestações, linhas de transmissão ou construção pesada;Familiaridade com Primavera P6 (para interface com clientes que o adotem).
