Por isso, buscamos pessoas que gostem e se dediquem a aprender constantemente.Se você quer fazer parte da 4ª maior usina hidrelétrica do Brasil e se identifica com o nosso negócio e os nossos valores,se inscreva em nossas vagas! =)Esta vaga requer disponibilidade para residir em Nova Mutum Paraná - Porto Velho/ROResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar cronogramas de atividades, por meio do software de gestão de ativos, MS Project e SE Suite, gerindo custo e recursos. Gerir grandes paradas de manutenção, por meio da análise e validação de dados de previsões de vazões e ocorrências operacionais.  Gerir a utilização da infraestrutura de suporte (guindaste, plataforma elevatória, guindauto, e demais ativos).Elaborar calendários de manutenção, levando em consideração a sazonalidade, demandas operacionais e conciliação de áreas.Otimizar recursos suportando na prospecção da contratação de terceiros, aquisição de materiais e serviços necessários para a execução das tarefas.Assegurar que a mão de obra qualificada, materiais, equipamentos e recursos estejam disponíveis no momento programado.Gerir com eficiência a Ordens de Serviço (OSs) e Manutenções Preventivas (MPs) utilizando as melhores práticas, por meio do software de gestão de ativos.Gerenciar e planejar as Ordens de Serviço (OSs Prioridade: 2, 3 e 4), dimensionando os recursos, tempo de execução e interfaces necessárias a fim de garantir o cumprimento otimizado das atividades.Elaborar, suportar e acompanhar documentos referente à solicitação de intervenção, por meio do Sistema de Acompanhamento de Usina (SAU). Conduzir ou direcionar reuniões semanais de consolidação e alinhamento de planejamento e programação, em conjunto com equipes multidisciplinares.Desenvolver estratégias e planos de ação para recuperação de prazos e progresso, através da identificação de prioridade das tarefas mais críticas. Garantir a emissão regular de relatórios gerenciais. Elaborar, analisar e monitorar os Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs), para as áreas de Engenharia e Manutenção. Criar e assegurar o cumprimento do plano de ação nos desvios de indicadores, para as áreas de Engenharia e Manutenção. Contribuir com as revisões periódicas das metodologias de Planejamento, Programação e Controle, para identificar as melhorias a serem adotadas.Suportar as Gerências de Engenharia e Manutenção, na composição do orçamento anual.Promover a cultura e politicas da organização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Engenharia Elétrica, Mecânica, Civil, Produção (ou áreas afins).CREA ativo.Conhecimento em Excel Intermediário, Power BI, MS Project.MBA em Projetos ou área afim ao PPCM (desejável).
