Buscamos um (a) Engenheiro(a) de Projetos Mecânico Júnior para atuar em Itabuna/BA em regime de contrato PJ por 12 meses.Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se, venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver, acompanhar e apoiar a execução de projetos mecânicos industriais voltados à indústria de alimentos;Elaborar e revisar memoriais descritivos, especificações técnicas, listas de materiais e demais documentos de engenharia;Desenvolver e revisar layouts industriais, considerando fluxo produtivo, segurança operacional, ergonomia, manutenibilidade e requisitos sanitários;Interpretar, revisar e compatibilizar desenhos técnicos, P&IDs, fluxogramas de processo e projetos multidisciplinares;Elaborar escopos técnicos para contratação de fornecedores, fabricantes e prestadores de serviços;Apoiar o planejamento e controle dos cronogramas físicos dos projetos, utilizando MS Project; Acompanhar o avanço físico de projetos e obras, contribuindo para a elaboração de indicadores e relatórios de desempenho;Acompanhar e apoiar a supervisão de montagens mecânicas e eletromecânicas em campo;Acompanhar testes de funcionamento, comissionamento e startup de equipamentos e sistemas;Acompanhar empresas contratadas, fiscalizando a execução dos serviços quanto à qualidade, segurança, prazo e conformidade técnica;Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Produção, Manutenção, Qualidade, Segurança e Engenharia, garantindo a integração dos projetos às operações industriais;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas técnicas, normas regulamentadoras e requisitos de Segurança, Qualidade e Meio Ambiente;Atuar com acompanhamento técnico da equipe de Engenharia, desenvolvendo progressivamente autonomia na elaboração, dimensionamento, acompanhamento e implantação de projetos mecânicos industriais.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica;Experiência em comissionamento e validação de linhas de processo;Conhecimento em projetos CAPEX e expansão/adequação de instalações industriais;Conhecimento ou experiência em processos industriais da indústria de alimentos;Noções de processos industriais e equipamentos utilizados na indústria de alimentos;Conhecimento básico de sistemas de utilidades industriais, como vapor, água industrial, água gelada e ar comprimido;Conhecimento de processos produtivos envolvendo líquidos, pós, massas e utilidades industriais;Noções de instrumentação e controle de processos, incluindo medição de vazão, temperatura, pressão e nível;Conhecimento com AutoCAD;Domínio do Pacote Office.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Itabuna/BA
