Simples assim, pensamos diferente!Se você se identifica com os desafios e busca incessantemente a excelência e o crescimento contínuo, na Boston metal do Brasil você tem a oportunidade de transformar a sua carreira.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesImplantação do SGI: Construir do zero a estrutura documental e operacional do Sistema de Gestão Integrado (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001), elaborando políticas, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, fluxogramas, matrizes de responsabilidades e registros, de forma integrada e alinhada às diretrizes corporativas globais.Qualidade de Processo e Produto: Elaborar e implantar planos de controle, planos de inspeção, planos de qualidade, critérios de liberação, rastreabilidade e certificados de qualidade do produto, garantindo a confiabilidade dos resultados desde o recebimento da matéria-prima até a expedição do produto final.Gestão de Documentação: Estruturar e manter o controle de documentos e registros do SGI, garantindo versionamento, acessibilidade, padronização e atualização contínua.Gestão de Riscos e Oportunidades: Apoiar a identificação, análise e tratamento de riscos e oportunidades relacionados à qualidade, meio ambiente e SSO, aplicando metodologias adequadas (FMEA, HAZID, matriz de riscos) e propondo planos de mitigação.Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs): Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho do SGI e da qualidade, consolidando relatórios gerenciais, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Tratamento de Não Conformidades: Conduzir a análise de causa raiz (MASP, 5 Porquês, Ishikawa, 8D) para não conformidades de produto, processo, sistema e reclamações de clientes, garantindo a eficácia das ações implementadas.Melhoria Contínua: Liderar e/ou participar de projetos de melhoria contínua aplicando ferramentas da qualidade, PDCA, Lean e Six Sigma, contribuindo para ganhos de eficiência, redução de perdas e fortalecimento da cultura de qualidade.Capacitação e Cultura: Ministrar treinamentos sobre requisitos normativos, ferramentas da qualidade, procedimentos do SGI e cultura de gestão integrada, promovendo o engajamento dos colaboradores e a consolidação da cultura de qualidade na planta.Gestão de Mudanças (MOC): Apoiar a análise crítica de mudanças em processos, produtos, infraestrutura e organização, garantindo que riscos e impactos sejam avaliados e controlados.Interface Multidisciplinar: Atuar de forma integrada com Operações, Manutenção, Engenharia, Suprimentos, P&D, Comercial e com a matriz internacional, promovendo a disseminação de boas práticas e o cumprimento dos requisitos do SGI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNormas ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e ISO 45001: Conhecimento prático dos requisitos dessas normas, sua aplicação e acompanhamento de atividades de conformidade, com capacidade de apoiar na implementação, manutenção e auditorias internas.Ferramentas de Melhoria Contínua: Entendimento básico e habilidade para aplicar ferramentas como PDCA, análise de problemas, metodologias Lean e Six Sigma em processos específicos de sua área de atuação, contribuindo para a otimização operacional.Gestão de Riscos: Capacidade de identificar riscos operacionais e ambientais em sua área de responsabilidade, apoiando na elaboração de planos de ação e controle.Indicadores de Desempenho: Habilidade para monitorar e registrar KPIs pertinentes à sua área, utilizando ferramentas para análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios de desempenho.Gestão de Projetos: Conhecimento básico de metodologias de gestão de projetos para apoiar iniciativas de melhorias, organizar tarefas e garantir o cumprimento de prazos.Inglês: Desejável nível intermediário, para interface com a matriz internacional.Análise de dados com foco em melhoria continua.Informações adicionaisPlano de saúde e odontológico, sem coparticipação.Vale Alimentação no valor de R$800,00 mensais.Previdência Privada.Gratificação de férias.Seguro de Vida.Auxílio Idiomas.Wellhub (antigo gympass).Transporte fretado.Auxílio creche.Empresa cidadã.Refeição local.
