Venha construir conosco um futuro energético sustentável e cheio de oportunidades”.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão da vagaEstamos em busca de uma Engenheiro(a) de Segurança do Trabalho com espírito de liderança e propósito transformador, capaz de engajar e influenciar pessoas na construção de uma cultura de segurança sólida e sustentável. Será protagonista na implementação, monitoramento e melhoria contínua dos processos, promovendo o alinhamento com as normas legais e certificações, além de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de uma cultura mais segura e responsável, por meio de ações que estimulem mudanças no comportamento organizacional.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e coordenar as ações de segurança nos canteiros, garantindo conformidade legal e interna;Estabelecer diretrizes para gestão de contratadas, com foco na prevenção de acidentes e riscos elétricos;Gerir EPIs e EPCs, desde a aquisição até a fiscalização de uso;Desenvolver e executar planos de ação, programas preventivos, treinamentos e campanhas de conscientização;Conduzir treinamentos obrigatórios, integração e capacitações contínuas;Apoiar tecnicamente na análise de projetos para mitigação de riscos;Monitorar indicadores, propor melhorias e garantir os resultados da área;Liderar auditorias e assegurar conformidade com normas ISO e legislações;Representar a área frente a clientes e órgãos reguladores, promovendo práticas sustentáveis e cultura de segurança;Atuar como agente de mudança na cultura de segurança, promovendo engajamento e comportamento seguro nas equipes;Planejamento de ações de QSMS em nível estratégico com visão de curto, médio e longo prazo, incluindo previsão de budget e recursos, além da abordagem técnica.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia ou áreas a finsPós-graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no CREA;Experiência em implantação de projetos em obras de construção civil e montagem;Normas regulamentadoras (especialmente NR-4; NR-10, NR-12, NR-18, NR-33 e NR-35);Legislação aplicável;Conhecimento ISO 45001;CNH categoria B;Domínio pacote office;Inglês intermediário;Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão integrada (SGI);Disponibilidade para atuar em um empreendimento região Norte / Nordeste / Sul.Diferenciais:Formação técnica em segurança do trabalho;Expertise em grandes projetos de subestação;Power BI;Pós-graduação em Gestão de pessoas;Auditor interno ou líder nas normas ISO 9001, 14001 e 45001;Expertise em grandes projetos;Informações adicionaisVale Alimentação/Refeição;Hospedagem, café da manhã, almoço e jantar;Vale transporte;Seguro de vida;Assistência médica Unimed;Assistência Odontológica;Regime folga de campo;Convênio Total Pass;Plataforma da Uol e desenvolvimento, Sapiência (+700 temas) gratuito;App Conexa – Dra.
