Desenvolver e manter testes automatizados para aplicações Android e iOS; Construir, evoluir e manter frameworks de automação mobile; Ampliar continuamente a cobertura automatizada dos fluxos críticos do aplicativo; Definir e implementar boas práticas de automação e engenharia de qualidade; Garantir a qualidade, reutilização e manutenção dos ativos automatizado; Apoiar a adoção de estratégias de automação escaláveis e sustentáveis.

Estratégia de Qualidade

Participar da definição da estratégia de testes junto às squads; Executar análises de risco e apoiar a priorização dos esforços de validação; Apoiar iniciativas de Shift-Left Testing e qualidade contínua; Contribuir para evolução da pirâmide de testes e melhoria dos processos de qualidade; Atuar na identificação precoce de riscos e potenciais impactos nas entregas.

Plataforma e Integração Contínua

Integrar automações aos pipelines de CI/CD; Apoiar a evolução e adoção da Device Farm corporativa; Garantir a execução automatizada dos testes em diferentes dispositivos e versões; Colaborar com times de desenvolvimento, QA Funcional, SDLC-Plataforma e Product Owners na evolução da qualidade dos produtos.

Indicadores e Eficiência

Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade, cobertura, estabilidade e eficiência dos testes; Apoiar a análise de falhas e investigação de defeitos; Contribuir para redução do esforço manual de regressão; Apoiar a melhoria contínua da confiabilidade das releases.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos ObrigatóriosExperiência sólida em automação de testes mobile;Conhecimento avançado em Appium;Experiência com aplicações Android e iOS;Experiência na construção e manutenção de frameworks de automação;Experiência com APIs REST;Conhecimento em estratégias de testes funcionais, regressivos e exploratórios;Experiência com Git;Experiência com pipelines CI/CD;Conhecimento em análise de falhas e investigação de defeitos;Vivência com metodologias ágeis;Boa capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.DiferenciaisExperiência com AWS Device Farm ou plataformas equivalentes;Experiência com Robot Framework e/ou Playwright;Conhecimento em testes de performance mobile;Conhecimento em observabilidade e monitoramento;Conhecimento de arquitetura de testes;Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande escala.Experiência com testes orientados a comportamento (BDD);Conhecimento em estratégias de qualidade para aplicações distribuídas;Experiência com métricas e indicadores de qualidade;Vivência em produtos digitais de alta utilização.
