Você fará parte do time de Engenharia e Qualidade de Data Center.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções e fiscalizar a execução das instalações mecânicas (sistemas de HVAC, refrigeração, hidráulicos, combate a incêndio por água e gases, exaustão, etc.) em todas as fases do projeto.Verificar a conformidade dos materiais e equipamentos mecânicos (chilllers, fancoils, CRAC/CRAH, bombas, tubulações, dutos, sprinklers, sistemas de gás inerte) com as especificações técnicas, projetos e normas aplicáveis.Acompanhar e validar a qualidade dos processos de montagem, soldagens, ensaios e testes mecânicos, incluindo testes de estanqueidade, balanceamento de sistemas hidráulicos e de ar, e comissionamento de equipamentos.Garantir a aderência às normas técnicas brasileiras (NBRs aplicáveis a HVAC, hidráulica, combate a incêndio) e internacionais (ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute Tiers) pertinentes aos sistemas mecânicos de Data Centers.Identificar, registrar e auxiliar na gestão de não conformidades mecânicas, propondo e acompanhando a implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.Analisar e revisar projetos executivos mecânicos, diagramas de sistemas e documentação técnica para garantir a aplicabilidade e conformidade com os padrões de qualidade e segurança.Elaborar relatórios de inspeção, checklists e outros documentos de controle da qualidade dos serviços mecânicos.Atuar como interface técnica de qualidade com as equipes de projeto, execução e comissionamento, bem como com fornecedores e subcontratadas especializadas em sistemas mecânicos.Promover a cultura de segurança e qualidade em todas as atividades relacionadas às instalações mecânicas no canteiro de obras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação completa em Engenharia MecânicaCREA ativoExperiência em sistemas mecânicos de missão crítica, especialmente em projetos de construção de Data Centers, Hospitais, Indústrias Farmacêuticas ou de Processo, ou Centros de PesquisaDomínio das normas técnicas pertinentes: NBRs aplicáveis (ex: NBR 16401, NBR 5626, NBR 10897), ASHRAE, NFPA (especialmente para combate a incêndio e sistemas de ventilação), e requisitos mecânicos das classificações Tier do Uptime InstituteConhecimento prático de sistemas de climatização de precisão (CRAC/CRAH), chillers, torres de resfriamento, bombas, tubulações, dutos, sistemas de detecção e supressão de incêndio (sprinklers, agentes limpos como FM200/NOVEC)Experiência em acompanhamento de testes de aceitação em fábrica (FAT) e testes de aceitação em campo (SAT) para equipamentos mecânicosHabilidade para interpretar projetos mecânicos complexos e especificações técnicasExperiência em obras de grande porteInformações adicionais🍝 Cartão Swile - Benefício Flexível 🏥 Assistência Médica – Sulamérica (Titular e Dependentes)🦷 Assistência Odontológica – Sulamérica (Titular e Dependentes) 🧠 Cuid@r Autocuidado - aplicativo inteligente que oferece atendimento personalizado em saúde e soluções de bem-estar🧡 Seguro de Vida💪🏻 Total Pass🥳 Day off no mês do seu aniversário👶 Licença Maternidade e Paternidade🎓 Parcerias com Instituições de Ensino de Pós-Graduação, Extensão e Escolas de Idiomas📚 Universidade Corporativa
